Dear Gallic Officials,
This is Captain Jack Zonerish.
We are wiring to inform you that we had to change our ship with a smaller one from 40000 to 4800 Cargo.
We have also have to inform you that our ship has changed its name to Golden_Merry instead of Golden_MerryII.
We are willing to accept any fee that is required to change our permit credentials in the Gallic Royal Police Database.
We would like to receive a clarification if our combined permit is still valid and changes are possible. We ,as honorable Traders , confirm that we have no intention to import/export anything illegal according to Gallic Royal Law.
Your company has already registered with us while we were going over political and financial policies. Good flying, hope that Gallia brings you much wealth.
Directeur Gerald Lucas, Gallic Royal Police

Sean Stone,
Thank you for informing us of this change. The paperwork will be updated and your permit will still stand as it did before. Safe flights.

Octavio,
I'm sorry, but you seem to be a scrambled person in the head. Your message hardly seems to make sense in the slightest though with work of a team we were able to read at least parts of it.
[indent]You will not be allowed a permit at this time. Corsairs? Why would we ever want to supply them without even knowing what they are? You also mentioned artifacts, though why I have no clue. This is not allowed in Gallia at all nor will I stand for knowing a company that works with the great house of Gallia has even dealt with such things. Think yourselves over. Don't take us so light hearted.
Directeur Gerald Lucas, Gallic Royal Police
----------------------------------------
Jack Zonerish,
The change will be not a problem. We will update our logs and file the paperwork. You still hold your Restricted Exports Permit for your ship. Good flights.

Subject: Application for Gallic Restricted Exports Permit for another ship
Greetings Dtr. Gerald! I´m contacting you once more in short time because we need Gallic Restricted Exports Permit for another our ship. The reason is that ship with license need some repairs so it´s now out of service, but we need at least one ship with license to keep our contracts. Name of this second ship is Stone.Bros.Ltd/GmbH-RT1 and it´s a Ryuujin Kusari Train type with cargo hold size of 5 thousand cargo units. In data attachment of this message is confirmation of payment of required fee 10 million credits to account GRP|Tresor.
We also want to ask you for correction in database because name of our first ship with permit is still outdated here, current name is Stone.Bros.Ltd/GmbH-CT1 as we mentioned in our last message. Thank you for your time, we will be awaiting addition of callsign of our second ship to permitted ships list. If you have any further questions, please contact me.

Bonjour, Monsieur Stone. The Directeur is in the shower or something right now, and can't respond to your message. And by "shower" I mean deep, uncharted space. I think.
Anyway, your additional ship has been added to our list, and your change of registration has been noted. Please take a look at our updated list of authorized permits and let us know if anything else needs correcting. Given the Directeur's track record for accurate data entry, I wouldn't be surprised if we got a few other things wrong the first time around. But don't tell him I said that.
As an aside, if you continue to add more ships to your fleet, might I suggest applying for a corporation permit? It might make the paperwork a bit less headache-inducing. Just a thought.
"Bonjour mes amis! Having tasted your fine wines and cheeses I hereby apply for a restricted export permit. I am up-to-date with the current inter-stellar laws of Gallia. My vessel is a DSE-720, also known as the Camara, freighter class ship.
