A public apology will be issued for the insults delivered to myself and Captain Ashfield in this channel.
A public apology will be issued to Vice Admiral Defmir for your abject rudeness when she pulled you up on the issue.
You will write a self appraisal of your job performance, and submit it in this channel.
You will write an explanation of your actions, highlighting your wrongdoing in the situation yesterday, and will submit it publicly in this channel.

Good evening, Admiral.
I do admit, that my behaviour towards you and my disrespectful manner has left a bad impression on me.
I also apologize for said behaviour towards you, and I'll make sure it won't happen again. Furthermore, I'd like to point out that I still think I've appropriately dealt with the situation concerning Ashfield and the scenery at Manhatten. Ashfield obviously wasn't capable of handling his responsibilities like a man of his rank is supposed to. I tried to correct his issues by taking the initiative in command, obviously Vice Admiral Defmir didn't quite like it, as always. I do think that I'm doing my job well. I'm the one sitting in her office even in the late, and early day hours, doing her extra hours without even demanding anything from it. I've always been working hard, be it in the Police back in the days I've been working with them on Manhatten, and be it in the Liberty Navy. I also think I'm doing a good job with accepting, and fulfilling orders precisely and accurately.
I am shocked by the fact that this is obviously being disregarded by Vice Admiral Defmir. I'm literally working myself into bed, and this is why I won't accept this sort of behaviour. She, who demands appropriate respect towards her, obviously doesn't respect others appropriately. Vice Admiral or not, this isn't how a fleet is supposed to work, you should know this as good as me, Admiral. Fair enough, I've been leading a small anti-terror group on Manhatten when I was with the police, which isn't even close to the scale of this fleet, but in there, respect was treated differently than here.
I do hope I could convey the way I feel and think about the situation, and I also hope that you take a second look into the matter, perhaps from a different perspective.
In conclusion I'd also like to agree to the by you mentioned list, and I'll try my best to work it off.

Hale here.
Vice Admiral Defmir's respect is something to be earned, as is the case with every officer in the Navy, and people in general, if you wish to take things to a rather wider scale. Her responce to your outburst was a reasonable one. Infact, had the situation been even marginally different, my own responce would have been somewhat harsher and less reasonable than hers.
A Defender heavy fighter is awaiting you on board the Missouri.
