[font=Lucida Console]Additional Information: Profile (D.O.B, Nationality, Birthplace) matches missing eldest son of wealthy Kishiro businessman Kazuhiro Daichi. However Citizen I.D matches Mamoru Kobayashi***Deceased 79 years*** - This is been disregarded as a result of for-mentioned inconsistencies, and it thus believed to be the missing eldest son Yujiro Daichi. Yujiro is believed to behind the theft of over $11 million credits from his father's bank account and the theft of a "Ryuujin" a rare and prized Jewel of the Kishiro Fleet. This resulted in the dismissal of Kazuhiro Daichi from the service of Kishiro and the increased security of all planet-side docking bays. It is unsure what the motives of Yujiro were, however it is also suspected that his younger sister Cho Daichi was also aboard at the time of escape. Kazuhiro maintains it was mere greed and that his daughter was killed in a fire-fight between Yujiro and authorities before take-off.
Nothing is known of the whereabouts of Bretonian-born Elizabeth Conner (Maiden Name). Yujiro's Mother.

Mi Tanaka - Kusari State Police Headquarters - New Tokyo

Yujiro barely took notice of the autopilot's voice informing him they were being scanned for contraband, despite the pleasant female voice that reminded him somewhat of his mother, well, as much as an electronic voice could remind him of his mother. more like being scanned for anything valuable Yujiro thought to himself as he watched a wing of Outcast - Sabre class fighters fly past the lower decks of his newly acquired ship. Yujiro was wary of his new allies, despite their apparent peaceful nature. they were all just tripping on cardamine more likely. Nevertheless he was thankful for his new ship, not that the 'Ryuujin' was a bad ship (he had left it back on Valetta Shipyard), he just felt a lot safer with a few extra layers of armour and shields between him and the vast nothingness that surrounded him - a fact that many pilots these days seemed to forget until they were floating in nothing but an escape pod 3 million miles away from more nothing.
He placed the police report he had been reading down on the table and made to move across the room for more coffee when he was almost bowled over and smothered by an eager ball of hair that reminded him of his sister.
"Morning brother!" Cho released him from the bear hug that he swore nearly lifted him off the ground.
"I'm glad someone knows what time it is" Yujiro pushed his sister out of the way and made his way to the coffee.
"Son of a...." Cho cut herself off as she stared at the police report on the table "Father said I was dead? No thanks to that no good loser, I still can't believe he killed those Kusari Officers"
"He would have killed us too if he got the chance, he'd have stopped at nothing to protect his secret" Yujiro sat on the table in preference to finding a chair.
"What are we doing out here in this god-forsaken corner of the universe?" Cho flattened herself up against the window like a child at a candy shop trying to get the best view. Despite being only 2 years younger then him, Yujiro still thought of Cho as his baby sister.
"Staying away from people who would like to see the both of us a little less alive, do you have a problem with that?" Yujiro sipped his coffee.
"No...not at all" Cho laughed. Despite this, Yujiro noticed the flicker of sadness that come across his sister's face as she turned away from the window. Right then, every muscle in Yujiro's body wanted to turn the ship around and fly straight back to New Tokyo, He knew this would be suicide however, and did not let his sister see his hesitation.
"Now go make sure the engines and weapon systems are working correctly, we don't want caught off-guard in case something happens" Yujiro playfully pushed his sister out the door. He did not, however, tell her what he had just witnessed come into range from around the otherside of the nearby minefield.
A fleet of Corsair ships, several fighters and at the center, an Osiris-class Battleship...

Yujiro knew they would never stand a chance against an Osiris, the initial salvo alone would severely damage the Leviathan's shields if not disable them completely. His only hope would be to retreat to Lentini Base and hope the Corsairs weren't up for a chase. Yujiro guessed that the Corsair ships were still about 10k away when he first spotted them, they were, however, approaching fast, he made his way to the intercom, hoping Cho had made it to the engine room already. "Hey sis, mind starting up the cruise engines for me?
"Why? I'm just about to start diagnostics..." Cho's voice rang through the intercom.
"Hostile targets identified, 9000m...8500m" The electronic voice answered Cho's question for him.
"Oh...right, erm cruise engines charging, 15%" Cho's startled voice came through the intercom again.
Yujiro didn't know if any of the ships carried Cruise Disrupters, but odds are they swapped them out for something that did a little more damage, in this case he hoped they did. 45%, Cho's voice kept him updated on the cruise engine's progress. Yujiro could now clearly see the Corsair Battleship, and could almost make out the individual fighters that surrounded it.
Yujiro let out a sigh of relief when he felt the sudden increase in speed as the Leviathan entered cruise speed, but just as quickly felt gut-wrenching terror as the ship came to a grinding halt that nearly sent Yujiro flying across the room. "Incoming Missile". Once again the ship's automated warning system pointed out the obvious two seconds too late. Yujiro never understood the purpose of proximity warnings.
Much to his surprise, the first salvo of shots that landed did not completely knock out Leviathan's shields. But the second salvo completed the job, and by the time the third salvo hit, automated warnings indicating areas of the ship which had been de-pressurized were just as deafening as shots themselves. It was all Yujiro could do too remain on his feet, let alone come up with any reasonable sort of strategy.
Yujiro sent a message to Cho via intercom, he hoped they were still working, to meet him near the escape pods, before making his way there himself. Just as well, the doors to the kitchens had barely closed before the automated voice indicated that they had been de-pressurized, as the fourth salvo ripped straight through the hull.
"Hull integrity fifty-five percent" again the automated warning system re-affirmed Yujiro that the ship was about to blow up. Really, and here I was on my way to escape pods because I thought it would be fun. Yujiro thought as he made his way up the ladders through the armoury and the recreation rooms, which seemed to be more or less intact, More intact then the rest of my bloody ship, anyway. Yujiro closed the hatch bridging the middle and upper decks and made his way along the corridor towards the escape pods just as the fifth and sixth salvos knocked out both the armoury and the 'rec' rooms. "I don't even like the Outcasts goddammit!" Yujiro spoke out loud to no-one in particular. He was almost at the escape pods when a massive explosion knocked him off his feet and a light which nearly blinded him shone in through the windows that lined the entire length of the corridor.
Once he had recovered from the disorientation of the fall, Yujiro stole a glance out the window to be greeted by very welcome sight indeed. The massive explosion had not come from the Leviathan as he had first thought, but instead had came from the Osiris-Class Battleship which had since flown closer, most probably to get a better shot on the Leviathan. The first explosion was soon followed by subsequent explosions at the rear and bow of the ship before promptly vanishing in another burst of light.
No sooner had the light erupted from the bowls of the now unrecognisable Corsair battleship, was it blocked by a D5-2A "Ranseur" Outcast Dreadnought. Moving forward and dispatching the now un-organized and helpless Corsair fighters, dwarfing everything in its wake.
"Hey there, looks like you're in a spot of trouble, as tough as those 'Storta' babies are, we thought we better lend a hand" the voice was barely recognisable through the static, but no doubt Outcast in origin.
"Wooo! I love Outcasts!" Yujiro fist-pumped the air, making no effort to contain his joy. At that moment, the hatch of the escape pod closest tom him opened and Cho stepped out, looking untouched but considerably shaken by the events that had just taken place. She ran and hugged him like the little sister Yujiro knew. "We'll head back to Lentini for repairs, we'll be back to new in no time" Yujiro reassured his sister, who seemed reluctant to let go of her big brother.
"We need a bigger ship" Was all she said,
Yujiro just laughed, but secretly he couldn't help but agree, this had been a close call.
