Konnichiwa, honorable Dragons. It has come to my attention that you have taken issue with the vessel under my command, the Banebdjedet. Now, I'd understand your concern if the vessel had fallen into the wrong hands, as it had previously, but rest assured, it is in safe hands now. Should you have any more concerns, feel free to address them to me on this channel.
Oh, I almost forgot. A transcription of the events that lead up to the Order acquiring this vessel is attached.
[font=Century Gothic]We have spent a lot of time searching and trying to return that vessel back to Kyoto, not just because it is one of our tools of war, but because of the nature of her 'former commander'. You already get my point, since the attached transcription is clear enough, so my demands will also be quite clear.
Who are you? Why weren't we informed about the new status of this vessel right after Order operatives took over it -or returned to our hands, at least-? What did you and your crew find aboard the Banebdjedet after disabling it?

Who am I? I am of the opinion that that is of little importance, however I will go over a brief story of my life: I was born on a Freeport, specifically Freeport 5. I had a mother and a father, neither of which died while I was a child (astounding, isn't it?), I served on a Zoner transport for most of my younger years. I heard about the Order, and naturally I was interested. It took an attack by the Nomads on our Transport to get me to even think about contacting them, and it really all went from there.
You were not informed because the vessel, for the most part, was a useless hulk of metal. Only the basic frame of the vessel remained. There was approximately no technology aboard that was salvageable, aside from the very basic: nuts and bolts.
What we found was rather typical: blue, inert, organic matter. Less blue, now that it had been fried by exploding electronics, but blue-ish. The life signs that we detected aboard the vessel began disappearing shortly after it was rocked by the Saa's EMP torpedoes. I can only assume the entities aboard believed they had no chance to escape, and returned to their "Mindnode."
[font=Century Gothic]Basically what you are telling me is that the Nomad biomatter and technology attached to the Banebdjedet simply disappeared, turning it into the human-made combat vessel it used to be, but also using salvaged weaponry. Honestly, it doesn't sound like the Order would require such vessel in its current state, but us the Blood Dragons value our craft and the role they play in the defense of Chugoku.
I still cannot find the reason for keeping our Kagutsuchi away from its homeland.

Disappeared? No. It had to be removed, by hand. Now, should you really desire the vessel back -that- badly, then it will be returned. But, as you know, the Battle of Minor has ravaged our forces. We have lost millions of lives, hundreds of ships, and we need every vessel we can get our hands on. The Order, and myself, will be in your debt.
[font=Century Gothic]I'm well aware about what happened in Minor and the current status of your organization, but even after such tragic event, it does not turn the Blood Dragons into a house of charity. We have an enemy stepping in our space almost everyday and we need -every- vessel available to repel them.

If you have an enemy encroaching on your doorstep as well, then you can surely understand the predicament that the Order is in. Imagine if Kyoto base were to come under assault by the Naval Forces. Now imagine that being on the scale of the entire human race, the entire occupancy of the Sirius Sector. We are one of the few groups aware of the threat that the Nomads pose to humanity, as well as yours, the Bundschuh, and a few others, and we need every ship we have to help push back the Blue Menace. I trust you can sympathize, especially with the sacrifices Ozu and men like him made to destroy Tekagi and his infested forces at the Arch.
[font=Century Gothic]We have no time to imagine any scenario at the moment. It's a fact that both the Order and Blood Dragons are under heavy threat. However, the Order's benefactors do prevail, while ours have their hands tied.
I have been clear enough. Our forces are demanding, again, -every- capital craft in Chugoku.
