Your services,
Yes, I have an interest in them. Instigating war between two parties. That is one I haven't heard before. I will tell you right now I like your style, lets just hope your operational record pans out to reflect it. High ambitions, great achievements.
For a moment, I would like to share some of my thoughts with you. As the director of all intelligence operations in Rheinland, I am your commanding officer. I will not deny that our brethren in the militar range from the impractical to downright pigheaded. As much as I would like to tell them what to do with their ideas of glory and conquest involving battle-fleets that exist only on paper, I find it best to merely sow the seeds of their success for them in the shadows. Let them have their victories, we are the true warriors of Rheinland. This being said, it makes my life slightly more difficult when you counter the fleet admiral of an organization I am forced to work with. If you could refrain from denouncing Admiral Landers as a coward on an open communication net, I would be most appreciative.
Now, onto operations. Your organization presents Rheinland with many opportunities. I can think of several right off the top of my head. A test, however, is in order. Unfortunately, the lack of records for your unit works both ways: While it is wonderful for security, now we are faced with the issue of not knowing how competent you and your men actuary are. Due to this fact, I have picked your first assignment for you. An easy one, it should be a cake walk.
It is well known that the outcasts of Liberty work hand in hand with the Liberty Rogues. This makes missions in Liberty especially difficult for my agents, with these organizations having major bases near every jump-hole into Liberty. I want to see your organization plant seeds of discord into this tenuous alliance between criminals. If they are distracted with each-other, my intelligence operatives will no longer have as hard a time gathering required information from behind hostile lines. If these rogues and outcasts start shooting each other, all the better. I have seen it happen a few times myself, mostly involving an outcast capital ship destroyed at the hands of pirate bombers. The reason for this is currently unknown, but you might be able to use that information to exploit one of their weak points.
I would like a reply on this channel. I am interested in seeing if you can handle this job. Until next time.
Signed,
