Hola Doc,
It has been too long. A shame trouble is what always brings us to talking. You Zoners have real trouble here. We in The Brotherhood are tired... tired of the attacks begun and ended at Freeport 5, Freeport 9 and Corfu. We are tired of Zoner bases in our space being used as safe haven for those who would kill us. These groups, The Reavers, The Mandalorians, the Renegades, the Hessian, they have all abused your bases, but more, they have abused the inaction of the Zoner groups to be able to even talk to each other. Do I think the ZA and the COZ were mistakes? Of course I do. I dont think that is the answer to your problems, but at the very least, the hatred of the Zoner factions for each other has created a situation in which Zoners will be hurt. The Brotherhood has no intention of standing by while these bases are used to hurt us. We will cut them off, make them less hospitable for everyone involved. Doc, I like you, but you and the TAZ are just as responsible as the OSI and Omicroners in this situation. No one thinks all Zoners should be alike, but you should be able to agree to deal with those who would cause problems for Zoners as a whole, because this will cause problems for Zoners as a whole. You know me, I am a reasonable man, I am also a man who is not afraid to use force. Everything we Corsairs have ever gotten has been at this point of a gun. Other people have things to offer Sirius... We have artifacts, and our might to make deals, and the latter is the only truly effective way to get there, as the past has shown us. I don't take joy in telling my pilots to target the TAZ and OSI along with other Zoners, but it is you, the TAZ, OSI and Omicroners who have the power to solve this situation. As long as my people are dying to those who use your bases, your ships in the Omegas and Omicrons will share the same fate. We will be brought together in our cause by blood.
There is a way to end this though, the three major Zoner groups only need to get their heads together and remove the docking rights of these groups who abuse your bases. If you must, deny docking to the Corsairs as well, we have no need for your bases, but you Zoner leaders must do something. As it stands, we have three enemy bases just outside Gamma, making it impossible to secure our system. As long as the current lack of action holds, my mens guns will not. Hopefully it will not take many downed Zoner ships to make you and the other leaders understand my point. We are tired of waiting for the Zoner factions to stop acting like children with each other, and a conflict tends to make men of boys.

Hola, Senor Sephardi,
I've been monitoring the situation in the Omicrons and Omegas. I do agree that despite the efforts of the many administrators in the region, your enemies have staged from Freeports. While I don't feel my influence will be that far reaching, I have called on the leaders of both the OSI and Omicroners to meet at my home.
I can only promise to try and reach some accord with them. When and if we do, I will fly to Crete personally to meet with you about it.
I am also doing this because I see much bigger problems down the road for us all. Aurelia Silvan, the late chairwoman of the Council of Zoners now known as Aurelia DeFrance once said, "With so many factions and houses in Sirius tearing at each others throats, Sirius is ripe for conquest." I take that as a threat against us all. I'm not sure what will come out of this meeting but I plan to bring up this point.
As of right now, only Dankien Moebus of OSI has replied to my invite. If he is all I have to work with then so be it. If nothing else, I will be able to say that at least the two of us tried. Acting like children? I think not. We did as many wanted, became our own groups. I think what you're seeing now of Freeports 9 and 5 and Corfu are the result of the failed Zoner Alliance. At least back then we could come up with something. I've also seen a lot of our tech being bought, sold and used by those who wish to harm you.
Lastly, I respect your problems there. I have a few of my own too. I've lost my Warden, the Gallic Royals threaten my back yard and I feel that my influence isn't what it once was. For now, I've turned TAZ over to Xavier Triton. He's earned his spot there.
Senor, I'll leave you to your work and will keep you updated.
