More than a years agp we left the omicron to avoid the 'sair problem. We though that they calmed down. Well It was false.
Anyway we saw this coming so, Few days ago the Aquarium brought some supply and since they are now an embargo. We will happily share it with your crew if needed. We have easily 1 month of food and the water can be reused.
We have a water-treatment plant aboard the aquarium (That's also why this ship is called aquarium ). It's still a prototype but well it make 95% of water useful again.
We also have some basic material. We though to use it to repair our material but well.
Ah we also have 2 month of anti-radiation supply. Usually they are for the aquarium crew but since it can't leave the dock. Feel free to take them.
Luckily we have an ample supply of goods to last us a few months. All visitors have left our base an hour after this embargo was placed on us. For things we could not do anything about.
Don't forget that you crew is on a smugglers den my friend, supplies will keep coming in, one way or the other.
Lets hope this situation is resolved fairly rapidly, we got involved into things we can not help. For reasons that lie in a different system.
The future will hold something, what it is. I have no idea. I suggest you keep the rest of your vessel far from omega 41 and omicron theta. The corsairs seem trigger happy.
Some idiot of a bounty hunter battleship captain using my base as a human shield found out the hard way.
Dalilama out.

Ah good news.
Only the Aquarium is at FP5. We only need one ship.
However, and I Hope we will never have to do that. The Sapientia and his fleet are currently based near the Omicron. As I know they tried to see if that blockade was real. And the 'Sair lost a dread and a cruiser. No lost on 'our' side. That was a silly move from Mr Keynes. But we have invested to much on this research. I told him to stay away until further escalation.
