Since it has been a long while since the official announcement, I shall inform you again, Lincoln Research Institute has been taken over by myself, the reason It took me this long to contact you is that I have been swamped in internal matters and I have only just got them under control. Anyway, the purpose of this transmission Is that I wish to get confirmation of negotiations and permissions of my company. From what I understand we have access to Willard research station, and there were negotiations about nomad materials. I hope you can get in touch soon so we can get everything on track once more, I hope we will be able to work together for the betterment of the human race as a whole, and financially benefit along the way.
Doctor Jefferson, I wish you luck in your future scientific endeavours. I hope that LRI will continue to provide specialised and valuable contributions to the Republic.
You are permitted to access Willard Research Station and the lowest security laboratories there. A large portion of that facility is currently being used for product development of something that would seem to be far from your field of specialty, so I will suggest that you do not pry further. Of course, if more laboratory facilities become available, the station's scientific administrator will let you know.
However, as for Class-N materials, you're going to need more than a few vague sentences before we give you any kind of permission to work with such hazardous items. Perhaps you could use your new leadership position to start such negotiations from scratch, in order to avoid any ambiguity.
It is a pleasure to finally get in touch, and I thank you for permission to continue work at Willard, and as for nomad materials, I won't say I'm not surprised, since I don't know anything about previous negotiations I believe it will be best to begin negotiations for that from scratch, so we both know where we are, anyway, to business, after a fly around Liberty systems in a small vessel and had a think, I do believe the best thing I could do to help relationships is to work in the Texas system, specifically the radiation clouds there. Mainly working on a way to clear it up, and, if possible, use it to generate a power supply, but that's just a thought right now, we can discuss more about it once we have spoken about sorting out permission to transport my research vessel there.
There are no restrictions regarding travel in the Texas system, provided your ship falls within the legal purview of public vessel ownership. We must caution you, however, that the Dark Matter clouds are highly dangerous regions and should not be approached without a sufficiently shielded vessel.
