Ok I will put the Brotherhoods collective neck on the line here, I hope the other Elders don't mind me doing this but I thought it would be good to see what peoples opinion of the Brotherhood is.

History of the Corsairs
Quote:During the Exodus, the sleeper ship Hispania was damaged, though whether it was battle damage or sabotage, remains a mystery. It limped to the Sirius Sector, but eventually gave out in the mysterious Edge Nebula. Roughly half of the colonists decided to abandon thair failing vessel, and launched from the ship into the star system now known as Omicron Gamma, where they colonized the small habitable world of Crete. Their descendants would eventually evolve into the largest criminal organization, and would eventually become the biggest enemies of their "brothers" the Outcasts, who control a vast drug empire spanning the entire colony.
The Corsairs were at first relatively poor compared to their drug running brothers. The location of their homeworld Crete near a Red dwarf star is fairly barren, and has little arable land suitable for farming. They were forced to build their cities in the mountain regions, so that the little usable land would remain free from urban development. This is the root cause of the Corsairs greatest problem, famine, which claimed the lives of many early colonists. They first became aware of other humans when they discovered the Zoners, a neutral group of traders, who did not care who they sold their goods to or where their money came from. This allowed the Corsairs to get the supplies for their blooming empire, which was rapidly expanding along the independent worlds, and had begun to emerge into the Bretonian House.
However, the source of their new found wealth came from a new trade that had blossomed around Sirius' higher class, which was the trade of alien artifacts from the now vanished "Dom Kavash" civilization. The Corsairs have a special ritual, which involves a boy on the verge of becoming a man, to fly into a mysterious jump hole on the edge of the system, and retrieve an artifact from the system's inhabitants, which were "not human." It wasn't until contact was firmly established with the houses that the worth of these strange objects was realized, and the Corsairs began to make a large profit from their rite of passage.
Since this, the Corsairs have vastly expanded their influence, and now have large, permanent bases throughout Sirius, though they are most strongly concentrated along the lower edge of Sirius. The Corsairs also have gone on to become one of the best ship builders, using the large deposits of metal found in their native system to build some of the best ships in the sector, including their pride and joy, the Titan very heavy fighter.
The Corsairs are one of the most honourable groups and are currently involved in several major battles between the Outcasts, the Red Hessians, and the Bounty Hunters Guild, who occasionally manage to penetrate the Corsairs Home system, though these incursions usually don't last long. However, they have yet to put their greatest plan into action, which is to take over the House of Rheinland, in a daring invasion, using their influence in its neighboring systems as a first step.
They have already begun to gather forces near Rheinland Jump holes, but only time will tell if they can overcome one of the best navies in the entire Sector.

[color=#990000]History of the Brotherhood
There are a lot of fellowships among the Corsairs. The Brotherhood proudly claims to be one of the oldest ones. We are a militant group of radical Corsairs who prefer to achieve their goals by force than by using diplomatic ways as the diplomacy has repeatedly proved to be useless and leads to corruption rather than to its intended goals.
Brothers of the Brotherhood are all equal. There are no titles, no ranks, no supremacy, no officialties. We help each other, learn from each other and treat each other as a brother. We try to avoid the personal pride from staying between us. Not that we are not proud, but we are proud to be the members of the Brotherhood.
The Brotherhood is led by a group of older and skilled Corsairs, the Elders. They are the most respected ones among the rest of brothers, but once they get too old, they optionally step aside and let the younger ones take their place. The word of the Elder is a rule and is always obeyed.
Our sworn enemies are the Outcasts (in the first place), Bretonians and Rheinlanders. We take every chance to fight them but this is not the only way to make them weaker. The other way is piracy. The more traders we pirate, the less profit they bring to their houses. And hunting a Cardamine smuggler has always higher priority, then hunting an ordinary trader. However if you spot a smuggler with load of Alien Artifacts, or a trader bringing resources to our home system, it's suggested to leave them alone.
[color=#990000]Members of the Brotherhood, registered ships
We now have these active (23) members (they posted in The Brotherhood Roll Call ([TBH])):
BS Prox (decommissioned) - The oldest (Osiris) battleship of the Brotherhood, commanded by Elde Alexander, decommissioned and replaced by Altaneria, used fot the protection of Gamma, helped in many victories.
BS Altaneria (lost in action) - The Legend among Corsairs, Osiris Class, commanded by all the Elders, led several victorious offensives in the past, was lost in the attempt to invade Frankfurt, there are still its wrecked parts floating in Sigma 17.
BS Memoria - the brand new flagship of the Brotherhood, Class Corsair Dreadnought, commanded by all the Elders.
BS Artemis - secondary battleship of the Brotherhood, Osiris Class, commanded by all the Elders and Centurions.
Cazadora - primary Cruiser of the Brotherhood, Class Corsair Cruiser, commanded by all the Elders and Centurions.
Banco - primary bank/storage ship of the Brotherhood, access granted to all the Elders.
Arca - secondary bank/storage ship of the Brotherhood, access granted to all the Elders and Centurions.
Keeping Omicron Gamma nice and safe place, engaging enemy ships who entered the system, helping other Corsairs with their tasks (missions, navigation).
Pirating traders, demanding safe-passage fees, destroying those traders who choose to ignore such demands, attacking Cardamine smuggling routes and smugglers, supporting Alien Artifact trade and other vital products needed on Planet Crete.
Performing military operations against our enemies in their systems, weakening their economy by all means, destroying their ships and expanding into their territory.
Uniting brother corsairs under our organization, helping them with their reputation issues, equipment and ship selection, etc.
Assisting our allies, and friends in their missions if there is no conflict of interest with the above goals.
[color=#990000]Zones of Interest
Omicron 91 - home system of the Brotherhood.
Omicron Gamma - home system of Corsairs.
Omicron Kappa, Delta - Yaren Base - smuggling route into NY, defense against Nomads, piracy.
Omega 41, Omega 5, Omega 47 - Leon Base, Cadiz Base, BS Fes - offensive against Red Hessians and Bretonians, piracy.
Omicrons, Sigmas, Omegas - systems with Corsair presence, piracy, attacks on military/police targets.
[color=#990000]Rules of the Brotherhood
Reputation and ID: Well, isn't it obvious, brother?.
Roleplay rule: Roleplaying is what matters. RP is always on the first place. Use the system chat only for roleplaying, post in our message dumps, make up interesting stories. Remember, not only the fact that you rock in PvPs, but also the way you roleplay gains you respect among the others. Be a shining example for the others, that is a good way to recruit more members.
Ship restriction: These ships are allowed - Corsair Dreadnought, Corsair Cruiser, Corsair Gunboat, Titan, Centurion, Decurion. Consult your common sense if you want to use any other ship that belongs to our allies. But remember, you are a proud Corsair, and you always prefer a Corsair ship. And, please, don't come with 'I stole it' stories, they mostly suck...
Equipment restriction: Always prefer Corsair weapons and equipment, we are lucky that the spectrum is quite wide. Never use any kind of Nomad equipment! Risk of possible infestation is too high!.
Fighter rule: every brother flies at least one fighter and uses it as his main character.
Battleship rule: Access to the battleships is restricted only to Elders (primary BS) and Centurions (secondary BS).
Naming rule: All characters should be named as Name[TBH], preferably Surname[TBH] if it's the main character (fighter). Spanish names suit best. And if you really must have an Ace in front of your name, try Bounty Hunters.
Squadron rule: We are not capship whores. If there are more TBH characters online and you perform a military operation on enemy territory, you always have to outnumber the capships with fighters. Gunboats are neutral in this capship/fighter equasion - they can't be used to outnumber capships and they don't count as capships. The only exception (regarding the Squadron rule) is in special occasions when defending our territory.
Docking Rule: Never dock on enemy bases! Always dock when you are logging off. If you are switching ships with your TBH character, always dock on the same place where the new ships is. I know there are shuttles, but it takes some time so in case of switching characters, keep that in mind.
Unfriendly: Independants; Freelancers Guild Of Sirius; Nova PowerGen; Asgard Warriors;
Hostile: Rheinland Military; Sirius Federation; Shadow Stalkers Organization; F.E.A.R; Southern Alliance; Forgotten; Sirius Transport Service; Hellfire Legion; Queen Carina's Own/Privateers; Red Hessian Army; Liberty Security Force; Republican Express Corp; Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army
Malevolent: The Outcast Guard [101st], Blue Lotus Syndicate, Reapers of Sirius, All Outcasts; The Keepers (Nomads);
[color=#990000]Actual Orders and Statements
The arrogance of the SCRA has finally gone too far. By ignoring our commands in Gamma they forced us to use arms and started a [color=#000000]WAR. Attack them if they refuse to leave Gamma. Their ships are [RA*] tagged and aligned to Xenos. We'll see how this conflict develops, but a visit of their home system might come soon...
Leader of RepEx has betrayed our brother Emilio Torres and handed him over to Rheinland Police. We rescued him successfully but RepEx is the next target now.
According to the mutual agreement with AW we are to avoid any hostilities in Omicron Theta. Remember, we still need Zoners to supply some vital resources for Crete such as food. Engage only in self defense!
Cease-fire between TBH and NovaPG/Bushido has expired - however we don't intend to start another bloody conflict with them, as our goals are different. Don't provoke them, only engage in case of self-defense or protection of Gamma.
Try to avoid any hostilities in Omicron Minor even if you were fired upon first. I have given Malic Deberan (Bs|) my word, so I hope I can rely on you all. We have a lot of work ahead, and they help us with protection from their direction. So we cannot afford to loose our mutual friendly status so we can concentrate on out main goals.
Brother Jose Diablo deserted to our sworn enemies, he is the primary target whenever you spot him on your scanners.
I think that gives a good view of what we are about.
Points of interest:
No one in The Brotherhood fly's anything but Corsair made ships.
We use Corsair weapons mostly although some do use a few of our allies weapons and we do not use Nomad weapons.
We have organized long standing RP events like the invasion of Rhindland, the rescue of Emilio Torres from the Rhindland police and RepEx and the weekly fights against the Outcasts in Eta all of which have been allot of fun and have gone on without incident.
The Brotherhoods plans for the future is more of the same, trying to sort out new events with other factions and getting Omicron 91 finished for the next mod release.
About the only thing I see wrong with this is that your diplomacy is out of date, you've listed a bunch of factions which don't exist anymore, whilst missing off a load of the newer factions. Other than that this describes in good detail what you do and how you do it. Good show.
Saint Del is considered a holy healer of diseases of children, but also as a protector of cattle.
Ships:
you miss Arwing... and you should write that you temporally allowed Tigersharks because Arwing is bugged
Weapons:
Very vague there.... Codes? Order guns? how many?
I'd say as many codes as you want (4) since Salamanca is pretty bad now... efficiency doesn't matter on Titan. 2 Order guns maybe?
Nomads? - I see a lot of TBH gunboats with 2 Nomad turrets
Igiss says: Martin, you give them a finger, they bite off your arm.
The one exception to the ship rules is Ivan Voronov, as he defected from the Coalition with his craft.
To my knowledge, he possesses the following:
Eagle
Falcon
Ravens Talon
Titan
Taiidan
That is the only exception to the ship rules we have, but he still obeys the weapons rules, if thats any consolation. The exception was given due to exceptional RP circumstances (top line, in a nutshell).
EDIT:
I will propose some weapon restrictions as follows:
For Fighters:
2 Corsair guns as a minimum. [Priority]
No nomad guns. [Priority]
No real restriction on codename guns (you said yourself, the sally doesn't cut the mustard).
No real restriction on the use of allied faction's guns.
No hostile NPC faction guns (Hessian, Bretonian, Kusari [we're not exactly advertising the under-the-table deal here], Rheinland, Liberty, Outcast, BH, and so on).
No use of Inferno fighter cannon.
For Capital ships:
Inferno use is allowed but heavily discouraged (kind of a neccessity on battleships, really).
Outcast regular turrets not allowed.
Nomad turrets not allowed.
Bretonian guns no allowed.
Guns for sale on Zoner bases freeport 9 and corfu, baring exceptions mentioned, are allowed. (This includes Rheinland, Kusari, Order, Zoner and Corsair).
All conditions must be adhered to.
I can give reasons for any query points. Remember, the above is just a draft!

If you could pm me the names of the ships that where seen using nomads that would be great as there not allowed on any TBH ship.
McNeo pretty much summed the rest up.
About the diplomacy i cant edit the faction status post put i will get that sorted out asap.
Any serious battleship will have at least one inferno cannon on it Blunt. I am sure its possible to play without them, but it is neccessary for me personally to use.
Removing the inferno's off the Artemis and Memoria will be discussed by the Elders and other relevant members, and other loadouts will be devised to test their effectiveness. If it is found that no significant combat efficiency is lost, then we will switch the inferno's out permanently.

Any other comments or queries?
Nah, it kicks ass.;)
And, like I said, I've no problem with the use of Infernos by you guys, but tests by myself and Desecrator have proven that they are unnecessary. My own Osiris uses 10 Order Mk IIs and 2 Corsair Light Battleship turrets. It can do well against any other class of ship, especially an Inferno-armed Battleship.
I see no problems here. Though I'd like to see your 'everyday doings' enchanted a bit.
For example spending time in Omegas when there's nothing else to do, instead of sitting at Crete.
I'v seen you guys a couple of times raiding Cambridge, but that's not exactly what I meant.
I mean Omegas, fighting Hessians etc.
I know they are pretty low on activity at the moment, but maybe you can help them get over it.
My personal belief is that both Outcasts and Corsairs do only two things regularly.
1) Sitting near Crete/Malta, possibly practicing duels and scanning traders/smugglers around
2) Raiding Sigma-13
Instead of first, you could spend a bit more time in Omegas.
That's all I have to say.
Other then that, TBH keeps it's standards with the time.
Good show.
