Annora looks a bit battle-worn, wrapped up in bandages, though it seems she's managed to clean herself up since whatever event caused those wounds. She sets the camera on a desk and steps back from it, looking into it.
[color=#00cc00]It's been a while since the Underloch and Corsairs have had any real communications, I believe. I could not find any recent transmissions sent your way by my predecessor, Michael Jones.
She runs her hand across her upper arm as she speaks, in either nervousness or pain.
Most of my memories of the Corsairs have been fond. You've helped us in firefights when we most desperately needed it in Dublin. We may have drifted apart in some respects, but, regardless, I see no reason why not to consider you as our friends.
She takes a breath.
More to the point of this transmission, I'd like to make a small request of you. The Correo model of freighter has caught my eye, and I would simply like to ask for one of these freighters, for general use in the Underloch. I'm willing to make payment in a variety of ways. The Underloch has plenty of credits gathering dust to spare, and we'd be more than willing to provide you with supplies or even perform deliveries on your behalf.
If this is something that can be arranged, please, respond on this channel whenever it's convenient to you. I'll be waiting.
We have never spoken.
My pilots have only reported spotting your presence once.
I have no clue who you are ,
what your goals are,
or what your position and stance towards our friends and enemies is.
Now you contact the Corsair empire for the first time ,
and already you are begging for something....
I am taking a guess,
you are coming from the same corner as Natures Last Hope si?
Well their friendship turned out to be quite dis satisfactorily...
I invite you for a meeting.
We will discuss and evaluate if your group is willing
and capable to uphold an alliance with the Corsair nation.
Only after that is established ,
we can start discussing possible exchange of trinklets and toys.

Senorina Ash,
It has been a very long time since there has been any formal communications from the Underloch and I would guess that is why you only have memories of Corsairs? In truth we were beginning to wonder if you had forgotten your old associates in the Omicrons?
I have seen precious few shipments of anything from your organisation in recent times and I think I'd rather of heard a reaffirmation of our friendship and of your support for the Corsair Empire than a request for one of our ships.
Currently I find it difficult to understand why you would want a Correo as it seems unlikely that it would be used to ship goods to the Empire ' which in turn makes it very difficult for me to understand what might be the possible benefit for us?
In short Senorina I will not be easy to convince that you have our best interests at heart with this request ' but I am prepared to listen and look forward to meeting you.
You should know better than, senora Ash. You can't simply contact us after all this time and expect us to act like nothing changed. Things have changed, gaian. It was your people who chose to cool the relations between us and I would love to know why.
We need to talk, Miss Ash. This goes beyond a single ship and time has come for you to let us know where our relations stand. If Jose and Juanez agree I will be happy to arrange a meeting on Cadiz.

I apologize. It was rash and naive of me to expect that you would simply hand us one of your ships. It is always easy to fantasize about something, but reality is much more sobering.
[color=#00cc00]It seems as though I've started off this conversation on the wrong foot, so let's forget the Correo entirely and focus on a point that's more salient: where our factions stand.
We will rendezvous with you at Trafalgar for this meeting at Cadiz, where we can more properly discuss our relations.
She sighs lightly.
Please forgive me if I have insulted any of you, as that wasn't the intention of my message. Clearly I'm less in tune with the Underloch's history with the Corsairs than I thought.

Hola Corsairs,
I am glad to speak with you again since we've had several good dealings in the past. Of course, there's been plenty of oddness between our two groups at times, too. So perhaps we came on a bit strong earlier here.
Maybe I could get my associates to bring some food supplies to Crete as a show of good faith and we can better discuss possibilities?
