This may be of interest to both parties.
While doing my daily routine run around Malta, I've come across a Zoner Nephilim shooting Outcasts in Planet Malta's orbit.
As you know, every Outcast's life is sacred. The captain of this Nephilim is going around blowing up our ships and claiming "Oh they eject". Not only that, he refused to hand over the Outcast pilots he has tractored. He claims he is doing this to "fix his rep".
I swear, if I had a bomber on Malta, I'll tear a hole where his chest cavity, rip out his spinal cord and use it to string my guitar.

To the Zoners:
What ever happened to "Zoner neutrality"? You gave that madman a Nephilim and he went around shooting Outcasts in our home system of Omicron Alpha under the Zoner flag.
I sure hope something is done about this. The lives of the people of our nation are at stake.
It is indeed surprising that a Zoner Nephilim captain dared to enter our space and randomly shoot at our people. The order to the Ghosts will be issued immediately to take it out and free our fratelli.
Grazie for contacting us about this matter. That act won't go unpunished.

Frankly myself I'm at a loss for words in such. And it seems this is but one of several incidents involving such a class of vessel which was not to be used for combat. The list seems to be piling up more by the day it seems.
There's honestly not much we can say or do at this time. Perhaps you should ask others around for where this vessel was procured in such.

Our current disorganization as a people has caused many of our Guardsmen to behave... inappropriately. They are rudderless. Frustrated. They seek purpose and often cannot find it. They snap. Good men, lost to deterioration of their sense of duty.
I have met this man, albeit briefly. I did not get the impression that he would fly off the handle like this. I will do what I can, though as you might infer from my previous statement, I don't exactly have a lot of resources with which to track him down.
