I flew past this station 2 times now, and 2 times weird stuff was going on. 2 Kusari warships were sitting near it, guarding the station from assault. The were screaming something about it being a restricted area. which strikes me as weird as hell. Seeing as its next to Atka...
Then I come back and the 2 Warships again dock on the base, and suddenly a gunboat emerges. Some Rorry's Fruitloop. And then he goes on about how the 2 IKN attacked the station. I can tell ya: he's lieing like a matras. Seems the 2 IKN ships in question are doing something -very- shady there.
Here's the data I snapped:

As it stands, looks to me like you have 2 rogue warships running their own little kingdom or something there. Unless they're not rogue ships in which case we'd best all forget this ever came up. But your man didnt know what they were doing as well, so...
There you have it. Some shady stuff in your backyard, amigo
