A few democratic officers among the KNF decided that the general population of the forces are... not trustworthy enough. Some crave for the emperor's return, and we cannot allow them to inter-fare with our plans for Kusari, hai?
We are building base. Just for a future case of need, or even a place where we can carry our plans, not interrupted by those who are not in democratic's favor, and we need your help with it.
The KNF have a few transports here and there, but nothing that can sustain a complete base. This is where you fit in - you will build, upgrade, and help to maintain it for us, your 3 companies together.
Of course, beside supporting those whom you will benefit from, you will also get paid per each commodity delivered that the base need, right on the spot - no delays, from the base's logistic division. Sound about fair hai?
So reply in here if you want in, if you want to work out a greater future to our republic.

[font=Arial Narrow]Greetings sir.
It will be our pleasure to work with you. I hope it will be a beginning for a long-stand contract between us.
We are ready to begin our work right now. Just tell us where your base is and when we should begin supplying it.
Yours faithfully,

It is most pleasuring that Interspace Commerce will take on this project, however, before any initiative is starting, we will wait for the responds of the two other corporations. Should they not respond, well, Interspace Commerce will have a lot more to benefit I guess.

Konnichiwa, Haikiri-san.
Kishiro is very interested in your proposal. We would be honored to assist in the construction and maintenance of a new station for the KNF. Where will it be located? What materials will you need? We will send some of our best transport pilots as soon as you are ready.
Your message has been received by the GMG Executive Offices on Niigata Station. We require only a little more time to discuss this matter of great importance. Subsequently, one of the Guild Masters will provide an official response in this channel.

Message reads:
Konnichiwa Akashi-san,
We are honoured by your request. Although we don't operate a very large logistics program outside of our space we, however, operate one that routinely ventures into Kusari. Providing help with a new installation shouldn't cause any strain on our operations and I'll begin distributing goals to our transport captains as soon you provide them. Arigato for the opportunity for us both to repair the damaged past and move forward into the future.
It's good to hear that you shall assist the republic on this matter, and with that seal of approval, we shall contact the respective companies via secure channels to arrange the construction of the base, and do it as fast as possible.
