FROM: Erich Teufel, Rheinland Bundestag
TO: Interspace Commerce
Dear Mrs Davis,
Your last message is curt and to the point. However, I do not wish for it to be 'the last'.
We have not exhausted our negotiating options, and for you to leave the table now would be a drastic and rash move. I implore you to reconsider.
You mention that Interspace Commerce needs its independent contractors to provide support for their operations in Rheinland and to stay profitable. Rheinland needs to see that, beyond a shadow of a doubt, this habit of breaking embargoes and supplying terrorist with arms will never happen again.
You outline a plan to us that will allow your independent contracts to operate in Rheinland as well as insure the security of the fatherland, and we will approve it. The burden rests on you however, to prove that such a feat is possible. We highly doubt it, but we will give you the chance.
We stand by for a response on this channel.
Representative for the Rheinland Bundestag, Erich Teufel
[font=Arial Narrow]I regret to say you have our response already. We will however look at every possible outcome,
and will respond in later days with our possible terms and conditions.
Best regards; hoping you're doing well,

TO: Interspace Commerce
Dear Mrs Davis,
We in the Bundestag would like to inquire if Interspace commerce is any closer to reopening negotiations with Rheinland at this time. This is in regards to our most recent proposal.
Representative for the Rheinland Bundestag, Erich Teufel
[font=Arial Narrow]We will notify you when we are ready to negotiate with Rheinland, on our terms.
Until than Mr.Teufel, pleasant wishes to Rheinland and their endeavours.

Obersturmbannleiter Blitzbeine, I'm afraid that demanding Interspace Commerce to evict all non-essential Interspace inhabitants from Bonn station and cease supplying it is out of the question. We will not force two thousand people -which 80% of them are Rheinlanders- to leave Bonn.
[color=#FFFFFF]<span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:100%][font=Lucida]
Did I ask you for permission to remove non-essential personnel from Bonn?
The transports are waiting. You are to start the general evacuation and load all non critical personnel aboard the designated ships.
It is not my problem if you were too stupid to stock water and basic food rations aboard your station. The supply shipments from Interspace Commerce transports will cease. If you really have no food, we will drop off military ration packets.
Signed,

[font=Arial Narrow]I don't know who you think you are, but we will not condone absurd, foolish demands.
Not only will what you are insinuating will cause upheaval and havoc, I for one know their will be revolts and uprisings with the Military taking control of peoples lives.
What you are planning will drive the Rheinland economy into bankruptcy, as well as drive any hopes for negotiations null and void.
I will speaking with my advisor's as I had already planned, and will be making our proposal to our good friend Mr.Teufel, representative of the Bundestag.
Any rash and uncalled for hostility will not go well for either parties, I hope we can come to at least this agreement for now.
I am personally at Bonn currently overseeing operations, I will see this through to the end.
