PERSONAL HISTORY:
David Franklin Hale was born to a military family. His father, Jonathan Andrew Hale retired from the Navy aged 56 in the year 810as, ranked Captain, after 34 years in the service. He had encouraged both his sons David and Daniel into the Navy.
David, the eldest of three siblings (David, Daniel and Lily), started his school life at San Mateo Primary Academy a few miles from the southside district family home. His teachers found him a talented if distracted student. He progressed through his school years without event, with good, yet not exceptional grades. After school he attended West Point Military Academy for three years, then immediately entered active service at the rank of Captain. He scored highly not only in strategic and tactical theory, but also in gunnery and fighter piloting.
The then Commodore John Talon quickly spotted the young Captain's talent and brought him into the Liberty naval tactical corps, however David Hale requested a transfer to frontline service, prefering to lead from the cockpit of a Guardian fighter, rather than the bridge of a larger vessel, claiming to have a "Better veiw of the unfolding situation if in the thick of a battle". This unusual command style won Hale a great many victories against the rogue 522nd battlefleet and internal dissidents.
In the year 815as David Hale seemed to drop off the Liberty Navy's roster. Hale himself has been hesistant to answer questions on this period of his career, claiming be to unable to answer questions due to file classification.
During this period of time, David's younger brother was removed from the Navy's personel roster and disappeared completely. No details are available on this event, although it is presumed that Lieutenant Commander Daniel Hale is dead.
In the year 816as Hale's name is reinstated on the personel roster at the rank of Vice Admiral, and he was brought into John Talon's high command team alongside Talon himself and the then Admiral Christopher Phelps. The Navy was in something of a command crisis at the time. Hale's work helped to reorganise the command heirarchy and stabilise the Navy's position as the most powerful military force in Sirius. Christopher Phelps requested a demotion shortly following this, leaving John Talon and Hale as the sole high command members at this time.
In 817as Hale, still ranked Vice Admiral, was instrumental in the negotiation of the Treaty of Curacao between Bretonia and the Republic of Liberty. This wide ranging treaty allowed much greater co-operation between the Liberty Navy and Bretonian Armed Forces, and as such he was awarded an MBE by the Bretonian Crown 'For services to Inter-House Diplomacy'.
Later that year Admiral John Talon retired from the service after a long and distinguished career, promoting David Hale to his rank as his last act as Admiral.
Hale immediately set about further reforms in the command heirarchy of the Liberty navy, promoting the recently readmitted Christina Robinson to the rank of Commodore, Sarah Willows to the rank of Admiral, and Ryan MacTavish to the rank of Vice Admiral. This group of men and women have not only been at the forefront of military thinking in Liberty, but are regarded Sirius-wide as excellent military minds, despite certain inconsistencies in the behaviour of Sarah Willows and Christina Robinson. The four of them, through David Hale's leadership have become an extremely cohesive command unit. Willows, on her request, has recently recieved a demotion to Captain and has subsequently gone on extended leave, with Vice Admiral Galen Anderson taking her place in the high command structure, and a promotion to the rank of Admiral for Ryan MacTavish.
Hale's career and significant achievements have earnt him the respect of his fellow officers. Many however have called him wreckless and leveled accusations of favoritism with regards to his choice of high command officers. The tabloid papers have repeatedly implied the possibility of relationships between him and the female members of his high command, although no conclusive evidence has been provided for this.
Hale always has allowed a slightly less formal and more personal method of command to prevail within the Liberty Navy, and some have called this unprofessional. Hale himself however counters this with the claim that "A happy force is an effective force". It seems he doesn't limit this to non-command officers or enlisted men.

PERSONAL HISTORY:
Andy Walter Doggett was born in 780 A.S., onboard a Albatross CT-39X travelling through interstellar space somewhere between the Shikoku and Galileo systems, to his mother Nelly Doggett and his father, the mercenary and tradesman, Reginald Walter Doggett.
Growing up as the only child in a traveling mercenary family, young Andy found that he spent most of his childhood days playing not with other kids, but with the ships robotic crew. His wild childhood games were the reason for breaking down a large percentage of the robotic equipment onboard, much to his fathers rage and Andys own amusement. But from his games he learnt important valuable lessons, like how to dodge explosions from malfunctioning equipment, as well as how to fix them up afterwards.
The family ship always felt like a home to him. But when his father on Andys 18th birthday finally gave him some access to the family business 'fortune' - it wasn't really that big at all - Andy promptly requested to be left off at the nearest spaceport, which happened to be on Planet Pittsburgh in the New York system.
Andy quickly found his way around the spaceport, looking for and finding work every day. With the credits he was given from his father, and the credits he earned at the starport, he eventually bought himself a Rhino EL-HiL27 freighter ship. With this he worked himself up to a minor fortune mining diamonds in the Schwefelnebel Nebula in the Dresden System. Working hard every day, he soon had earned himself enought to buy a larger ship, a Mammoth EL-HiL51. He started a successful business trading goods between starports. Quickly he became somewhat rich, much to his fathers irritation; his father, having slaved almost all his life with almost nothing gained, even refused a gift of one million credits that his son had prepared for him as a thank you.
Andy had become filthy rich but also awfully bored. To spice things up he got himself a legal mercenary license and a new ship, a Renzu Corp. Wasupu, and went about exploring the unknown reaches of Sirius. After having almost lost his life twice; first time close to the Corsair home planet Crete and the second time when accidently entering the wrong jump hole and ending up someplace bad - and generally being tossed around systems for being a mercenary (the outcry "Mercenaries not wanted here!" still sometimes lingering in his nightmares), Andy decided that enough is enough and settled down on Planet Denver in the Colorado system. There he soon met his wife-to-be, Amelia. It was, as it sometimes is, not love at first sight, but something that grew. She, of Kusari birth, was an attendant at Denver starport, and every time he arrived from some of his less adventerous trips within the Liberty systems she met him with a bright smile on her face. One thing led to another and the two married with attending families from both sides in 809 A.S.
After a few years of basically doing nothing but spending time with his wife Andy and a growing sense of unease at the rise decided that a military career could perhaps be something for his mindset. Early 817 A.S. he applied for naval training at West Point Military Academy in the New York system. He graduated with good scores in aviation skills and was stationed at the Battleship Rio Grande in the Colorado system. Due to the rapidly degrading diplomatic relations towards the Federal Republic of Rheinland he was transferred to a location closer to the borders later the same year.

PERSONAL HISTORY:
Bill Anthony Kreagan was born in Evergreen City, Planet Denver. Son of Jennifer Haller and Francis N. Kreagan, he became an orphan at age 6 due to both parents being killed on a Xeno attack in A.S. 798. Raised by his uncle Anthony Haller, an Admiral in the Liberty Navy. Bill studied engineering four years until he entered the Liberty Navy Academy at age 21. Graduated with honors three years later and served 1 year under the command of his uncle until the Admiral was lost in the Alaska system under a border patrol assignment. His ship, the Wrighteous, was presumed destroyed by Order or Nomad forces while on active duty. The official report was inconclusive in several points, which led many officers to believe a conspiracy was in order, one of them being Kreagan himself.
Following a second investigation several weeks later, he resigned his commission and served as a mercenary for the Liberty Police, eventually being awarded a Purple Cross when wounded defending the LNS Beautifier from a Rogue bomber wing. It was in this skirmish that he shot down wanted criminal Adalberto Rojas, an Outcast who had since long evaded justice. Under recommendation from Captain McRay of the Beautifier, Bill Kreagan re-joined the Liberty Navy four months later.
A calm, patient pilot, Kreagan often leads a small patrol wing into a battle, rather than instructing the officers put under his command from a safe location. The Captain often gains the advantage in battle by heavily exploiting a rival pilot's weak points, which has led many to speculate on his past as a mercenary. Although not having openly expressed feelings about his uncle's disappearance, Navy High Command is reluctant on assigning the Captain to missions in the most restricted areas.
Whilst often flying heavier ships than most pilots, Bill Kreagan tends to excel in all but the most specialized ships, which has led to many commendations during combat and the frequent mention of Bill's performance to High Command.
He was recently reassigned to active service after resolving certain problems in his personal life.

PERSONAL HISTORY:
Hank Kapinos, born 787 A.S on Planet Denver to the wealthy lawyers Patrick Kapinos and Joanna Kapinos.
One of two children, his sister Nina passed away 809 A.S. in an accident in the Shikoku system.
He attended the Cherry Creek University on Denver and graduated with flying colours. He then took flight lessons, as a hobby and received a certificate shortly thereafter.
However his father, a patriotic man, decided that Kapinos should seek out a military career.
And so he attended West Point training at the age of twenty-six, and has served in the Liberty Navy since it was completed.
After four years of dedicated service, he got noticed by high command and rose quickly through the ranks. In early 818 A.S. he achieved the rank of Commander.
While not captaining any capital class ship of his own he has been seen on the bridge of the LNS Redwood City.
Kapinos is otherwise known for piloting fighter class ships in most combat situations, and has also been seen overusing the "Mini Razor" Tachyon Antimatter Cannon mounted on his Guardian.
Currently, as of 818 A.S., unmarried and without any children, Kapinos often spends time on the family estate on Denver, but also owns a penthouse apartment on Planet Manhattan.
A friendly competition with Alexander Casero about who can be the biggest arse is ongoing, and they can often be seen throwing insults around.
Not otherwise a strict officer, Kapinos is sometimes seen giving leeway to some suspected criminals while their crimes were not too severe.
Some complaints against Kapinos for slacking off on duty has been noted, but otherwise takes swift action against immediate threats to Liberty.

PERSONAL HISTORY/PSYCH NOTES:
Rachel Alexis Baker was born in the Southern District of Los Angeles City, Planet L.A. She is the daughter of Anthony P. Baker and Alexis C. Leary, although her mother died shortly after giving birth, due to complications with the procedure. Ms. Baker was raised by her father, the Chief of a planet-side police precinct near their home.
At the age of 18, against her father's wishes, Ms. Baker left home to enlist in the Libertonian Naval Infantry Corps, Having told her father that she had "No desire what-so-ever to stay trapped on LA and become a cop like you", her father was reportedly devastated, though immensely proud of her.
Shortly after enlistment, Ms. Baker applied for Officer Candidate School at West Point Military Academy and was subsequently denied, she would later apply several more times throughout her early career, until finally giving up, and decided that it would be "better to work for recognition, anyway". It would seem that her work did indeed pay off, eventually getting her noticed by Fleet Admiral Hale himself who noted her determination, discipline, and leadership abilities, as well as her immense respect and adherence to military traditions and procedure. Based n those merits, it was Admiral Hale who finally pushed through Ms Baker's application for OCS & Flight School at West Point in 810AS.
From there, Ms. Baker would go on to graduate with honors four years later, among the top twenty cadets in her class of one hundred and seventy. At that point, Ms. Baker was transferred from Naval Infantry to the Naval Flight Corps, where she would continue to prove herself as a highly devoted and exemplary Naval officer, rising quickly through the chain of command.
Throughout her career, Ms. Baker has been accused by some of being "Too compassionate", and even of sympathizing with "enemies of The Republic". However, despite those claims, the woman insists that she's "willing to do whatever it takes to successfully eliminate threats to the safety of Libertonian citizens, and the security of the Nation".
Admiral Baker has been both praised and criticized for the personal nature of her leadership style. While remaining professional, she is known for making a habit of involving herself in the affairs of her subordinates, taking on their problems as her own, giving them somebody who they can speak with so that their performance isn't negatively affected.
Lastly, due to various "personal problems", it seems as though The Admiral has become almost entirely absorbed with Naval life and the responsibilities of her rank. Though she travels frequently between various installations and ships, she is hardly ever seen "Off-base" or out of uniform.

-- --- ---- --[color=#FF0000]--- ---- --- --
PERSONAL HISTORY:
Twenty nine years ago, the Gonzales family from the border worlds was caught by a Navy patrol in the Bering system. That family had been smuggling for several years, working for a corsair branch in the omegas, not a lucrative job, not an honest job either. They got a choice, they could choose between the jail or an undercover work for the Liberty Navy. Tired of the abuse from the corsairs, Javier, the head of the family, agreed to work for the Navy, in exchange for a house in Liberty for his wife (Andrea) and son (Alejandro). Alejandro born in the year 788, in the cargo ship called "The Sharona", they changed his name to Alexander, to make it easier for him to live in Liberty, they got a new surname too, Casero as a dessert that they were eating that day.
For the next thirteen years, Javier worked as an infiltrate for the navy, giving information of smugglers and corsair ships going to Liberty. They kept that secret from their son, in case that someday he didn't have to lie and keep him out of this.
On his last job, Javier was flying on the "Medanos", something went wrong on that operation. No one is sure, if it was a mistake made by Javier, or the corsairs had an infiltrate on the Navy, but when Javier sent the codes to the Navy, the corsairs caught him. If it wasn't for a Rheinland patrol passing through Bering, he probably would have died there. The Rheinlanders aborded the ship, and that gave plenty time to the Navy to get to the Medanos. As the Rheinlanders found the cargo ship at the Libertonian side of the system, if fell under the Navy jurisdiction, and it was the Navy who took the prisoners, including Javier.
After that incident, Javier was released from his obligations, and for his work for the Navy, they granted him with a nice job in planet Denver, where he has been working until the present.
Alexander grew healthy, his childhood was like any other kid's childhood. Apart for looking a bit Hispanian, he didn't have troubles because of his past. Once he turned fourteen, his parents told him the true about their past. And seems it struck his head, and the Navy earned his respect. He went to West Point, where he got graduated. There are some tales that say he was assigned to the Lx894 "Libertad", under command of the Captain Johnson, a supposed rogue siege cruiser, but all the stories about this cruiser were dennied by the High Command.
The primary fleet recruited him, in times of Admiral John Talon. He got a good relation ship with a former captain, Antonio Backus, and the then Lieutenant Jack Malrone and Lieutenant Commander Galen Anderson. After Backus's dead and the promotions of both Malrone and Anderson, Alexander turned into an alone officer. Then, he met another primary fleet officer, Hank Kapinos, they got a little competitive career, and share a few insults too, but it's well known that Kapinos can't leave without bugging Alexander everytime that he can.
Known as the "Get to Virginia" Commander, he has been spoiling on every lower rank officer that he can, the list is long by now:
Tom Preager, Jack Will, Baker, Redline, Willows (Logan), Kapinos, Malrone (for a while), Winston, Bueller, Winchester.
On a final note, Alexander has been granted with the title of Quartermaster of the Liberty Navy Primary Fleet, rank which includes providing the new officer with gear and equipment to fulfil their duties.

PERSONAL HISTORY:
Virgil redline was born on Pittsburgh in one of the many mining facilities there. The mining work there was not for him. So he wanted to join the navy. His parents agreed; he was more of a nuciance to them then a blessing. As soon as Virgil reached the age to apply for the navy, he did so. Being a fighter pilot was all he ever dreamt off. Mostly because he was just bored and uninterested in other work.
But it was not to be. 2 months before he applied to the navy Virgil was involved in a traffic accident in the red light district of Manhattan. A G-bike rider ran the red light and smashed into Virgil, sending him airborne. The accident left Virgil's left shoulder a mess. This was the reason he was denied in the fighter pilot course. His weak shoulder would not cope well with the dogfighting.
Reluctanty, Virgil went to West Point instead and applied to the navy's secondary fleet. Knowing full well they hire all kinds of losers and rejects there, his application was approved. He enlisted in the warship commander course. After graduation he served shortly on a gunboat before being asked to take command of a, at that time, newly commisioned siege cruiser. This cruiser, the Fires of Liberation, became Virgil's main navy ship as he was not allowed to pilot fighters like other officers.
This didn't sit well with Virgil. After a few years he decided to take a gamble; there was an operation avaible that could either restore his weakened left shoulder, or mess it up permenantly. Virgil took the gamble. It paid off. His shoulder was restored with some biomechanical engineering. With his newly reinforced shoulder, he was approved in the fighter pilot program of the primary fleet.
Virgil now commands the Fires of Liberation and pilots his pseronal fighters as well. Known to have a taste for small, agile ships Virgil prefers his Liberator over his Guardian or Upholder ( which is odd, since Virgil usually ends up sick as a dog in it due to its crazy handling. His personal Liberator has been rechristned 'Pukenator' by the mechanics). A fact his wingmen don't always appriciate.
Virgil is best known not for his flying skills but his rather unusual way of doing his job. More than once he has been seen ignoring an alarm and disappearing somewhere with young female recruits. He has been warned for drinking on duty on multiple occasions. Rumors are going around that he also has been dealing in mind altering substances. These rumors are unconfirmed though.
Virgil is known to have issues with authority and he has been evaluated by a navy pshyciatrist as someone 'who's moral compass is all over the place, rather than north'. Next to that Virgil seems to have a personal hate relation to commodore Robinson and seems to be waging a personal war with her.
Regardless of these shortcomings, he is known to never bug out of a fight unless ordered to and has no problems with taking on 3 gunboats in his Liberator. Whether this is bravery or just a lack of self preservation is debatable. Fact is, he is still alive after countless fights despite his less-than-ace flying skills. His sheer reluctancy to die is therefor one of his very few good qualities.

PERSONAL HISTORY:
Born into a life of average wealth and prospects, Jack Davius Malrone grew up to be a fairly-well known Primary Fleet Navy Captain. Indiana was his home state and he stayed well-rooted Not leaving Indiana until the age of twenty-seven and graduating with partial* honours from the University of Caserology in the fields of High Energy Kinematics and Combustible Materials Engineering. After finishing those degrees, he became a mobile engineer for Kapinioso Technologies, trekking across the galaxy inspecting faulty drive cores and equipping capital-class military ships with delicate weapons technology.
After two years of working with Kapinioso Technologies, Malrone attracted the attention of the Liberty Navy and was hired to help design the current Navy Carriers drive core and support systems. He found himself settling down in Liberty, finding a beautiful wife, Rachel Walker and having two children, Jane and Leroy. Nearing the completion of his work with the Navy, Kapinioso Technologies was eager to re-hire him to work in Bretonia A place Malrone always enjoyed going to. However, with young children and a wife to look after, he was hesitant to leave Liberty for any great length of time.
One day, whilst pondering his fate, Malrone was running a diagnostic on the carrier LNS-Redstone.Valley when alarms started blaring. Running up to the bridge, to make sure the alarm wasnt his fault, Malrone was soon informed that an Outcast armada was en-route to their position and that everyone who knew how to fire a Supernova was needed in a bomber. With significant knowledge in High Energy Kinematics, he knew the ins and outs of nearly all the Navys ships. Powering into combat, he managed to down two gunboats and assist in the destruction of an Outcast cruiser. Malrone was hooked from that point on Defending Liberty from all threats, both domestic and foreign soon became his passion.
As the years passed, he slowly moved up through the ranks Moving through every single rank to the current rank of Captain. Gaining more experience as he moved up, he also gained a certain sardonic sense of humour Often mocking obvious hostiles (And occasionally idiotic allies), never fearing what the enemy was about to hurl in his direction. He also dumbed down his technical expertise to try and not annoy other Navy officers with technical babble.
Logging more than five hundred hours in his bomber, Malrone preferred to take down the enemy with one, clean shot Rather than attrition. The new Naval bomber, although more powerful than the previous one on loan from Ageira, hasnt suited Malrones taste as it has too many technical gizmos on board. As of late, he has been seen on the command deck of the Indiana, with the humorous slogan Department of Doom stretched across the bow. Here, he could be classed as on patrol whilst doing some paperwork on the bridge.
On a routine patrol to the California system, contact with the Indiana was lost and the crew were found marooned on Freeport 4, lacking Captain Malrone. He is now classified as MIA and all further information regarding Captain Malrone, the events the occurred on the day in question, as well as the fate of the Indiana are classified by the Liberty Navy.
*An incident occurred where a University Professor refused to accept Malrones theory on the oscillating molecular structure of supercooling compounds with temperatures approaching absolute zero (Which has now been proven correct by Malrone himself). He took it upon himself to show the professor that he was correct, which led to the entire University being evacuated when the supercooling compound oscillated between normal fridge coolant and a particularly unstable isotope of Plutonium (Now known as Malronium). Two cats died in the incident.

PERSONAL HISTORY:
Galen Anderson is of Kusarian descent, with his father from planet Manhattan and mother from New Tokyo. Integration into the Libertonian society was quick for the newcomer, and soon set off to earn his living through meager wages and menial occupations.
Finding little satisfaction and hearing of the troubles abroad, Galen began his studies at West Point, along with other officer prospects. Many of his fellow students along with his instructors have called him quiet, cool and collective. After several years of simulations, training and application of the latest tactics and technology, Galen excelled in certain areas which included battle tactics, command and diplomacy while not being on par with flying in the simulators.
Anderson entered the navy under the command of Admiral Talon. During the early days of his commission, he befriended his fellow officers such as the now captain Jack Malrone. Captain Shad Winston, along with Commander Mike Ypslantis were both also influential, with their command styles of being laid back having a profound effect on Galen. On more than a few occasions did Winston go on patrols with the recruit. A specific encounter concerning Mike's brother only strengthened the camaraderie between his fellow officers.
Once at the rank of Commander and having the Lansing under his command for quite some time, forced the young Kusarian to mature. This maturity came at a price however, as space and those that oppose Liberty's government taught the young officer a harsh lesson.
Commander Anderson's constant rounds of the familiar space gave him the opportunity to meet the many different peoples that encompass Liberty. The consequence of this exposure forced Galen to break out of his quiet self, leading to "The Date" which to this day, he is still tight-lipped about.
With the constant demand for new officers, the commander was placed within the Navy High Command which included Fleet Admiral Hale, Admiral MacTavish, Commodore Robinson and for a time, Admiral Willows. Now using the Raleigh, one of the newer modeled Liberty gunboats as his command station, helps his superiors by keeping a check on specific communications and giving advice when asked. His primary job however is to continue to be out on the field and lead the Navy in battles whenever necessary.
Galen Anderson adopted what he has been exposed to throughout his continuing career. He is often seen as 'laid back', relaxed and to the extreme, quiet. Hoping to teach the younger officers and give them experience firsthand, he is often seen giving authority to those flying with him. Rarely giving outbursts or showing the 'blinding' emotions as Galen describes, the Vice Admiral also tries to be helpful to the newer and experienced officers alike, and be there for support when needed. One thing is certain from another point of view, that reminiscing of the old days, the simpler days continues, but this aspiring officer still keeps to the loose command style that he had grown accustomed to throughout his career.

PERSONAL HISTORY:
Dean Winchester was born on Planet Manhattan. Him, his younger brother Sam, and his father and mother lived perfectly normal lives. When Dean was eight years old, he discovered his mother dead in their middle-income apartment. She had been stabbed twice - once in the lower spinal column, once in the back of the neck. It was a professional job. The only evidence left behind was a note saying "It's just business" attached to the bottom.
Dean's father packed him and Sam up, and left everything else behind. Dean's father was driven to a state of near-insanity with his obsession to track down his wife's killer. Along the way, Dean became familiar with all levels of Manhattan; from the slums to the tips of the skyscrapers. His father taught him how to pilot shuttles, as well as tracking and hacking skills.
After spending his teenage years on the road with his father, he decided enough was enough. He left his father and decided to seek out something more beneficial, where he could make a difference instead of devoting his life to one man's crazed dreams of murdering a murderer. He enrolled in the Military Academy, graduated into Flight School, and finally enlisted in the Liberty Navy.
Some of his character attributes include loyalty to his superiors, and a ferocious drive to protect innocent civilians. He is also capable of taking charge in combat situations, and has demonstrated abilities as a squad commander in the field.
