[font=Agency FB]Greetings people over by Detroit Munitions.
I am Ernst Geisshardt of Greyhound Passenger Transportation, Orbital Spa & Cruise Bretonian branch.
Let us get straight to business. It is no secret you guys are at the forefront of weapons technology, both lethal and non-lethal. Ever since the Gallic invasion and the Shetland being damaged by Gallic fire, I feel there is a need for my staff to be better armed, for the protection of our distinguished guests. My concerns were further raised since the incident with Interspace Commerence. Although my corporation is clearly Bretonian, many people believe that Oribital Spa & Cruise is Libertonian. They are wrong, Orbital Spa & Cruise is a Sirius wide corporation with different branches over the houses and a general operations that oversees the branches based on Curacao. This misconception might cause a bit of confusion where pro-Rheinland terrorists may attempt to evict us or board our liners.
As such, there is a growing need for new weapons for our security staff on board our liners; to repel possible attacks from Rheinland terrorists and Gallic forces alike. The safety of our clients are our top priority. The current non-lethal E-2 "Shocker" pulse pistols, stock for our security personnel on liners, were meant to control the occasional rowdy drunkard in the bar, to prevent fights from breaking out. It however, proved to be less than effective in dealing with terrorist threats. One such example of a pro-Rheinland terrorist attack that was unsuccessfully deterred due to our poor armaments is the Pennsylvania Hostage Situation. To prevent such occasions from arising again and to protect our clients I would like to request the following:
Quote:
1000 units non-lethal pulse based weaponry:
-Preferably a pistol that is able to handled by one hand.
-Preferably with an effective range of 50m and above.
-Preferably cause little harm and little pain.
-Must be able to be render a subject unconscious.
Meant for subjugation of rowdy clients.
1000 units lethal photon-based weaponry:
-Preferably with an effective range of 50m and above for one handed pistols.
-Preferably with an effective range of 300m and above for two handed rifles.
I do not possess a current catalog of the weapons you have for sale. As of now, I shall leave the choice in weaponry in your capable hands. Prices naturally depend on the weapon in question, a photon rifle is more expensive than a photon pistol.
I hope to see a reply soon, I look forward to our transaction.

Thank you for contacting Ageira Technologies! Your message has been forwarded to Detroit Munitions Sales. Please Hold! Your communication is important to us!
Ernst sat at his desk, his phone wedged between his head and his shoulder for his hands were busy with paperwork. "Stupid answering machines. It's already been 5 minutes and still no answer! As always, the only good customer service counter around, is Orbital Spa & Cruise!" He puts down his pen and slams his phone down before picking it up and dialling "Detroit Munitions" once again. "Ok, take two. They better answer this time."
"Michelle, Michelle. How long has it been?" The young secretary looks at her watch. "Eh, eh. There is no need to answer me." Ernst lets out a heavy sigh "They haven't answered my call yet...How disappointing. If it weren't for our company's links with Ageira, I would have contacted Daumann, or Krupp." He picks up the phone once again "Michelle, get me a drink, black forest blend coffee, the usual. I'll try to contact them again. Liners don't protect themselves."

Subject: Stock query
Sir,
May I, on behalf of Evelyn Foster, take this oppertunity to apologies for the late response in answering your message.
Detroit Munitions is going through a reorganisation at all levels and with the huge increase in demand for thier products some messages are, shall we say, misplaced.
However, it has come to attention now. Please find attached a catalouge of some of the light arms Detroit Munitions has to offer for your security staff.
[font=Agency FB]Thank you for the reply. I was getting worried that my communications array in my office was broken.
I've taken a look at what you have to offer in terms of light arms. I must say that, as of now, the PS-3 "Perforator" seems best for our security personnel. Although the EMP function of the AAR-8b "Riddler" seems to put me in favour of it.
I'll place an order for 750 units for the PS-3 "Perforator" and 250 units for the AAR-8 "Riddler" for heavy security purposes. I'll leave you to state your price.
I did not however, that non-lethal weaponry, besides the electronic jamming EMP capabilities of the AAR-8, was not included in the catalog. My employees will need non-lethal weaponry for subduing the occasional unarmed thief or rowdy drunkard at the bar. We don't want to kill our customers.
So just a little query. Do you have non-lethal weaponry for sale? Preferably pulse based and inflicts minimal injury.

I apologize for that, our neuralnet site is getting a bit of a revamp, and our non-lethel products haven't been readded to its listings yet. We hope to have those listings completed by the end of today, tomorrow at the latest.
If you would like to send me the location the PSR-3s and AAR-8s are to be delivered to, I can create an invoice for you as to the costs.
I'll notify you as soon as the listings for our riot-control equipment is restored. Thank you for your patience.
[font=Agency FB]Thanks for the quick reply. I'm especially interested in the non-lethal products, especially taking into consideration the number of civilian personnel on board our liners itself, we need to minimize collateral in circumstances when civilian personnel are in the vicinity during any fire fight.
As for the location where the goods are to be dropped off, you may drop them off at Planet Curacao in the Cortez system, the main headquarters for Orbital Spa & Cruise. The equipment, from there, can easily be transferred to our liner fleets.
I think it'll be easier for your company to deliver one big shipment rather than two smaller shipments of your fine products. As such, for the sake of ease of transportation. I would prefer to wait until the listings for the non-lethal weaponry to be released and selecting the products I deem best for my corporation. That way, you can ship the equipment in bulk and save a trip up and down the lanes.

It seems the delay in the restoration of our riot control product listing was caused by the impending release of our newest non-lethal weapons line. The R&D department did not notify me until after our last correspondence that they were ready for publication. Detroit Munitions has planned to retire our current non-lethal sidearm arsenal once the new ones were available, and it seems like that time is now.
While these new weapons aren't scheduled to be revealed publicly until the next day or two, I will attach the catalog previews that everyone else will receive at that time, to this transmission. These two weapons, the SR2 Electron Rifle, and the LPCP6 Pistol, are the safest, for target and user, riot control sidearms we've developed to date.
While EMP pulse weaponry is great for disabling electronics, which includes most modern sidearms, they have little to no effect on the human body. In the case of a real riot, or a group of unruly passengers, an EMP pulse simply doesn't cut it, regardless what those charlatans on The Ring might claim. Rheinland might build a lot of weapons, but they don't compare to the quality or technological improvements we put into our products, which is why Detroit Munitions is still at the top of the Light Arms market.
Since I don't know what amount of security forces you have or need to equip, I cannot recommend how many of each weapon is appropriate for your needs. However, the heavier SR2 Rifle is best for trained and heavy security response personnel, while the LPCP6 is ideal for crew members or light security guard personnel. And since the LPCP6 has less capability for collateral damage, it's also ideal for use in crowded locations such as clubs and entertainment areas aboard your liners.
[font=Agency FB]Ah yes, I think I've found what I want.
The purpose I have in mind for these sidearms is to subdue unruly patrons of our liners. To be standard issue, carried by our crew at all times. As you know, not all crew members are trained in the use of heavy firearms, as such, the LPCP6 Pistol seems to be the best weapon for our crew.
The SR2 is a bit heavy for our crew and our heavy security personnel already have their AAR-8s. Heavy security is meant to intimidate and to protect, lethal weaponry is therefore preferred. Additionally, because of the "sonic boom" and because of the possible "lethal" side effects of the SR2, we would rather not want to employ such a weapon for usage on board our liners.
As for the usage of the weaponry in question. All lethal weaponry are to be kept in the armory unless during an emergency, the only exception is the heavy security personnel. All non-lethal weaponry are to be carried at all times as standard issue. 1000 units will serve roughly 5 liners bearing a crew of 200 odd.
As for delivery, as I have stated earlier, Planet Curacao. Name me your price and we can straighten out this deal.
Oh and if I need more stock, I know who to call.
