Dear Mr. Crow
My name is Jack Henderson, I am an Operations Coordinator of the Independent Miners Guild, and I am contacting you on behalf of the IMG. You have most certainly seen Falster Trade Hub in Omega 3 at the Omega 7 gate while passing through space. That's why I am calling you.
The Trade Hub will open soon, not yet for the public, but we thought about inviting some groups first that have a good idea of how trade in the parts of Sirius looks like that we do not access. Your name is high on that list.
What advantage would that bring to your Congress Junkers?
Docking access to Falster Trade Hub in a dangerous area
Protection by the defense systems against some enemies
Access to a wide array of goods (mainly ore)
Possibility to sell goods that you salvage/haul and want to sell to the markets
The IMG would be happy if Junker ships could help with base supplies, not regular scheduled ones but when we decide to start construction projects. You can access the base building screen when docked on the base and see what is needed for the projects.
I am looking forward to getting into contact with you.
Jack Henderson
IMG Operations Coordinator

**Transmitting message to IMG Operations Department**
Greetings! This is Daniel Torvalds. Captain of the .:j:.Linux. Please pardon Mr. Crow's late response. He is a very busy man, with a lot on his plate. I'm quite sure his Inbox is overflowing with inquires on other matters. I'd advise not to rush him either. He has to make hard decisions before responding to ANY inquiry.
Nonetheless, I will boost the transmission signal, and set priority to "Medium." Expect his response within a we. I won't guarantee it, but I am sure he will respond, no matter what his decision is regarding the matter

Your message has indeed been received. I'm not quite sure exactly you are asking us to do though. We are extremely busy, but I could manage to send a ship down there if I knew what we would be doing.

Konnichiwa Mr Crow. It is certainly a pleasure talking to you.
I'd like to know if we speak in a secure line in order to tell you what the Guild needs from the Congress.

That is not required Arbiter.
Since you are a busy person, I'll try to get directly to the point. Falster Trade Center is going to add Uncut Diamonds in it's stocks. However, right now the Guild does not maintain any mining activities in Omega-11 or Omega-15 so it will seem that another party supplies it with that commodity.
We would like to form an official public agreement and allow IMG mining ships to use Bornholm Depot to collect the Uncut Diamonds of that system. In reality however such thing won't exist. No ships will move down there and no room will be leased for the IMG.
The Guild is ready to offer docking permission to Falster Station to the Congress for that convenience, or something else which we can be of use. I am eagerly waiting for your reply.

I'm wondering if you're aware just how odd that sounded. Official public agreements are not really our thing. It gets even stranger when they don't even exist. Bornholm is a bit of a sensitive area and we like to keep things quiet there. What I can tell you is this. We don't turn weary travelers away. If some miners need a place to crash we can always arrange that. If you need a quiet place to conduct business we can offer that as well. I think you know we are easy enough to deal with considering the work we have been doing keeping Junkers from causing too much trouble in the Omegas.

Arbiter Crow, I believe you misjudged my previous message.
We intend to announce that the Uncut Diamonds found in Falster Station are coming in from IMG operations of Omega-15. But in order to support such claim, we need to have a base of operations. For that reason, we would like to state that we use Bornholm Depot. However in reality we are not planning to have mining operations in that system, thus no need to use Bornholm as well.

In that case you can say whatever you like. Just don't expect a public response from us. My people are not in the habit of discussing the ships that come and go from our base, especially where Bornholm is concerned. If you plan on creating some sort of deception as to the activities of your ships, be assured no one will learn of it from us.
