Trying to get rid of buzzing.

First sample is basically what my PC gets. Second was edited in Audacity via noise removal.


The problem is, this buzzing is very annoying, especially when I am in a skype call, and I was wondering if either Win 7 has a built in noise-removal feature or perhaps there is some 3rd party program that could help me with this.

A cheap or damaged mic is likely the cause of this, dunno about programs but if it's possible just try a new mic.
