From: Colonel Refaello Sanzio
Subject: Threats over our ships.
Bonjour messieurs, mesdemoiselles.
Today one of our supply fleet captains reported that your ships have threatened him, and our organisation as a whole for merely taking supplies from Liberty. The Council is not taking any side in Sirian affairs, unless we are getting shot at first.
I am sure that if it was traders that come from Kusari or Bretonia, the house of Rheinland wouldn't threat them would you?
That very certain ship was taking cargo need in Bretonia, and happen to be produced in Liberty. We look after our friends, the Bretonians, who are fighting a common enemy.
I assure you that we don't wish to fight with Rheinland, and our traders come to your house every once in a while to take supplies or other cargo back with them to where it's needed. But should your agents fire on our ships, expect us to start picking side just like we did when the Outcasts shot at us, and later felt our strength.
Your transport carrying goods inside Liberty space was allowed to escape our forces. Normally, we stringently enforce a blockade against liberty. Surely if you have read the laws of Rheinland, as any good diplomat would, you understand this. Due to your political affiliation, we granted immunity to your flouting of our rules and regulations. This is how you thank us: with threats?
Rest assured Colonel, this will be happening again. Pray that your next encounter is met with the same forgiveness on our part.
As for your taunt about the outcasts tasting your might? Take your empty threats elsewhere. You deal not with a criminal cartel but the might of a militaristic house. Your forces would crumble against just one of our strike groups.
