COMM ID: [color=#99FFFF]Lieutenant Jane Hartman TARGET ID:Navy Admiralty, CAPT R. Baker SUBJECT:Rheinland Report and Request ENCRYPTION:High PRIORITY:Moderate
Evening Sir/Ma'am.
[color=#CCCCCC]A while back I received a data package from a Freelancer flying under our flag, one Alanzo Espada [Original Communication]. Mr Espada's dropped us some particularly helpful bits and pieces on Gallic Forces and, more recently, on the Rheinlanders [See last transmission of burst.]. I understand that it looks questionable, but Espada's done some good work for us before and hasn't given me any reason to suspect his loyalties in that time. Regardless, the transmission contains Espada's reckoning of the status and defensive capabilities of Krupp Munitions, a Rheinland facility. I'm unsure as to its purpose, but by the scope of the forces deployed to keep the thing online, I'd say the Rheinlanders regard it as a high-value unit. Alanzo also managed to find a flaw in the base's targeting systems, which could prove useful if we need to operate nearby for an extended period.
I'd also like to request Captain Jack Frost, a current Bounty Hunter, be considered for direct entrance to the Special Operations Division. I've flown alongside Captain Frost on multiple patrols, and he's proven himself as both a capable fighter pilot and loyal wing man. On one occasion he willingly assisted our forces in locating a clocked Rheinland warship, in spite of the risk posed to himself both as an individual and his status as a Bounty Hunter. Captain Frost has expressed in interest in extending his service to Liberty to the armed forces, though he is hesitant to compromise his current freedom more than is absolutely necessary, and it is my understanding that he would prefer to participate in operations that call for greater individual initiative. He's a great pilot, quick thinker too. In my opinion, Sir/Ma'am, it would be a right shame to let this one go. I've included a pair of reports making mention of Captain Frost in some capacity. Though there are more, they appear to have been lost in the archives.
