Dear Administrator team of the Io base in Manchester system
Bretonian Authorities and Goverment members have been discussing your case over last few days. We have came to a final decision. Your base will be aproved unless the following terms will be accepted:
1. Due to recent events concerning the Io base - The Kingdom of Bretonia has spent some resources to firstly destroy illegal instalation and then to secure it untill the final decision is made. Due to those events the Administration of Io Base must pay a fine of 500 000 000c.
2. When a fine will be paid - Io base must remain open for Bretonian corporations and Authorities - These include - Bowex , Gateway , BMM , Planetform , BPA , BIS , BAF units. Bretonia Kingdom reserves the right to close the base for particular groups who will be declared hostile to the realm. Io Base must remain a lawful station - no Bretonian hostile parties will be allowed to use it as restock or safe-heaven base.
3. If there will be any sign of illegal activity on the station , such as allowing unlawful pilots to dock , allowing smuggling operations etc , the base will be declared illegal and will be destroyed - a notice for the people onboard will be placed but the demolition will be ordered imidiately.
If the administration team will decide to leave the station and not pay the fine - the base will be boared by the Bretonia Police Authority officers who will remove any civillian crew of the base and the base will be destroyed - the administration of the Io base have 24 h from this point to respond.
Fine payment goes to BPA)Anvil.

Ah good to hear that. I confirm the payment and from now on your base is considered legal within Bretonia soil. Please make sure you follow the regulations and Bretonian Laws. Constructing docking modules is legal within Bretonia but we must be informed who will be buying those from you - also Cloaking devices and Jump drives are illegal - only aproved ships can use them - constructing them is forbbiden unless told otherwise. Don't let us down Sir - we have nearly destroyed your station once...we won't hesitate to do that again. As for now - you are free to develop your station as you wish and as it's allowed by the law of Bretonia Kingdom. Good luck.
PS: We will leave a small force of Bretonia Police officers onboard the station to keep it secured and safe. They will also keep track on your base progress if the need will come to assist in any way.
