For centuries EFL Oil & Machinery has serviced your merciful family, and have insured the Gallic people triumph in your undeniable glory. While the kingdom's armada unleashes your wrath upon our enemies we face yet once more dangers ignited by humanity venturing deeper into a wild unpredictable cosmos. This burden will not only fall on your unwavering Will, but also Gallia's ability to demonstrate how far it has come as a highly developed civilization. Therefore today I request your aid for these efforts. EFL's Board Members along with IDF leadership have consolidated resources to establish proper conclusions to support the following report. I am highly confident any science advisor currently present among your delegates can confirm these findings.
Restriction Notice: The following report has been deemed Property of EFL Oil & Machinery. All releases without authorization by high officials will result in Trial.
'Survey Analysis Probes X67 captured this image approximately five days ago while retrieving data on the Orkney Jumphole changes. The Orkney Jumphole is located at Sector F7. It is orbited by a massive minefield laying dormant insuring any vessels entering are properly scanned at Guard Station Montpellier. Since beginning our invasion into Bretonian territory Royal Navy officials have used this access point in Languedoc to assemble in far neighboring Orkney. My studies have shown such constant activity has placed a strain on the jumphole's power. Causing it to randomly become unstable thus resulting in wreckages of lost ships reported over a yearly time frame. An example can be found with Archive 546 where Scout Patrol 616 disappeared upon entry, appearing on the other side 6 months after completely destroyed. Navigational systems still recorded entry only 5 minutes before being discovered.'
'Theories suggest Orkney's Anomoly could simply be reaching an end to its life source, or is suffering from some sort of solar intervention due to orbiting close to Languedoc's magnetic fields. Another newly developed prototype Surveyor Analysis Probe equiped with Radiation, Gamma, X-Ray, Microwave, and various other detection systems arrived posted to X67's mission. My team classified this drone as Victor 2 Tact 7. Engineers struggled endlessly to insure this asset returned unharmed from Orkney's violent tantrums. Simple observation shows any objects such as mines floating near are drawn in by powerful gravimetric forces being emitted. Results have been posted below where V27 has captured this jumphole's very essence, the Event Horizon.'
'As you witness here, Orkney's seemingly swirled strokes seem as though a raindrop into water. We find this highly unusual seeing as these strokes should be cycling at a steady past with its pull appearing slow to a human eye. Instead you notice Orkney has dramatically slowed down producing larger strokes yet gravity near its center has become even stronger. Leaving many variables unquestioned forcing us to have no other choice but to study the effects on the Orkney Jumphole, using the Languedoc Jumphole located at Sector E2 in Orkney. It took our research vessel several weeks to receive clearance from Royal Navy High Command to proceed. Council long range operatives have recently raided supply convoys heading to Lewis. Many ships destroyed have been EFL and IDF shipment transports carrying medical supplies.'
'Here we have Languedoc's horizon visible still when a ship approaching its center. This may in itself be evidence that in Languedoc the Orkney jumphole may as well be failing. I believe exiting ships may put a lesser strain here, allowing the Languedoc Jumphole to feed off its brother Orkney to become stronger. Simulations proving this fact shows once the Orkney Jumphole becomes completely drained to where its Event Horizon is exposed. Resulting in a massive implosion in Languedoc, energy traveling from Languedoc will cause a massive explosion here in Orkney. Where many would find such results to be beyond belief. With research gathered my conclusion falls to this as a high possible outcome. Methods however are availible to prevent such events from ever taking place. EFL must dedicate its full resources away from its supportive war effort role to establishing a Gallic Stargate to connect Languedoc to far away Orkney'.
'These are photographic scans brought back to us where we can see Languedoc's power growing. We have two options on the table simulators have found to be a best course of action.
Option 1:
To balance power between the Orkney , Languedoc Jumpholes would require modifications on a Valors main cannon. Valors would be placed in strategic energy draining positions in Orkney at the Languedoc Jumphole where in Languedoc, Valors would placed strategicly in energy supplying positions at the Orkney Jumphole. At a simultaneous could bring back balance, or result in massive destruction on an even larger scale.
Option 2:
EFL working extremely close with IDF begin construction on the Languedoc/Orkney Stargates or a Massive Jumpgate. Where the gate will harvest both Jumphole's energy producing enough power for a sophisticated machine to align the Event Horizon's to create a stable jump in a faster time. Due to this project needing to be completed as quickly as possible. Debris would need to be completely removed from Languedoc's populated areas.'
'Eliminating obstacles near these areas should allow supply shipments to flow more easily with a IDF Shipping Coordination Facility to properly cycle pilots and their cargo. EFL Tradelane and Jumpgate technology will allow Gallia to expand into Orkney. Overall ensuring citizens are safe and that our armada is not left abandoned in their fight against Bretonia would be our greatest accomplishment.'
I follow your insight on these developments. Such tragedies can never be allowed to endanger Gallic citizens. This will require more time as well as resources to properly handle. If it were possible I would like to consolidate resources with our office to handle this accordingly.
