To Researchers and House Militaries

This message is intended for researchers and House governments, overall, it is open to debate. We are expanding our operations from our ground bases to orbital and deep space reseach stations. At least one station in each House Governing territories, with sub-stations scattered around each territory. We are a universal organization that support many of Sirius's Universities and Colleges. Gallia has been added, however, they will be working with in their territory, since GRN forces are blockading any attempts to enter Gallia space. We would also like to notify that if the member(s) of the Sirius Science Committee had been found conducting a crime or accused, it will need to be reported to our Legal Department, which will take care of the situation. We are still in the process of hiring personal and ships. Only 1 ship is with the Sirius area, the E.V Averon, the only ship still with in Sirius space. The other vessels have embarked on the exodius, that may change the cousre of our history, into the depths of space, possibly arriving at a new world and expand our galaxy. We would appreciate help from you, to help build the galaxy of tomorrow.

On a side note, the SSC would like to inform the following Governments: Kusari; Liberty; Bretonia, a voluntary ship captain brought materials from Malta, What use to be the Homeworld of the Outcasts, to the University at Cambridge University. These materials would be considered illegal by your standards, however, these materials are considered bio-hazardous and cannot be taken from the University. The ship's name and Captain are to remain anonymous. The cargo is radiated Cardimine. An individual, on the planet, openly gave information of a virus, with in the Cardimine. Our voluntary ship were pursued but ships of unknown origin. This leads the SSC to close it's doors to any looking into this investigation. We urge any and all visiting the universities and in general systems where Outcasts are known to be ready for Bio-hazardous percautions.
