I have made this character and was wondering if it was viable.
More importantly, what's the chance of getting a Neutral ID... I am planning on slowly making it get over an 'unkown' grudge against AIs... just means that it will be neutral to AI players, rather than friendly.

Feddec is a sentient 'ghost-like' being capable of condensing its consciousness into any ship, though it has a strong affinity for the AI drone and AI Cruiser;
It WILL NOT fight other players unless attacked or RPed into the situation (and depending how the RP goes, may decide not to fight back);
It desires complete neutrality with player and NPC factions and will only accept missions from the bar (not gainst other players), never wanting to make enemies of players;
It values sentient life (friendly to players) and sees NPCs as disposable;
It will be a heavy RP, light PVP character (PVP only if attacked and RP allows for self-defence, most probably fleeing).
I have 4 objectives [with this character], though all will very rarely result in PVP (unless RP makes sense and is consensual):
Primary:
1 Seek out, learn from, provide whatever assistance possible to, and fight NPCs with other Players
Secondary:
1 Buy an AI ship
2 Prioritize assisting players undertakingmissions (not against players or player factions)
Tertiary:
1 Mediating players [through RP] to talk things out (even if it is 2 opposing navy fleets)
This will differ slightly from the Angels faction as I will primarily be neutral/friendly to all players and help anyone, even if they are more experienced than I am, as long as it isn't PVP.
