Knowing that a lot of pirates gather and do their business here, you land on Junkers depot of Kreuzberg in hope of meeting Red Hessians mediator on neutral grounds to solve a diplomatic issue which is the reason of your presence in the first place. You are greeted by a Junker on the docks, who points you the way into Kreuzberg bar. Naturally you follow the direction and enter the bar filled with various criminals from LWB farmers right movement to Bundschuh revoliutionist party, whose various dealings are echoed by the walls in the atmosphere of the establishment. Some are more criminals than others and you start looking for one dressed in Red Hessians gear. You notice a heavily built man standing a few steps in front of you. You smile in satisfaction of finding him, but once you approach the man glances at you, assuming your approach and points you towards another direction.
"Im just here for security" - he grunts - "You can find mediator over there, at the table"
You look left and notice a young blonde woman sitting by the table. She kindly takes your surprised reaction and smiles at you.
"Please, take a seat, pilot. Are you here to speak with the Hessians?"
The young dark haired woman approaches the table. She looks the Hessians mediator with her blue helium eyes, outlines a smile, stare around her before having a seat. The blonde woman notices a tattoo on the back of her neck, and multiple needle marks on her arms. The deep rings under his eyes seem to indicate that the woman has not slept for two or three days.
"Straight to the point will you? I am looking for flying partners, to get money from piracy, change my ship and disappear."
"I have nothing to offer but my piloting skills and my life."
"And about my name, just call me by the name you find easy to remember, I dont care..."
The dark haired woman stares the palm of her hands, moving her fingers in a fast repetitive sequence.
She grins and says:
"They used to call me Subject 04227986."
"Perfection, honesty, devotion" "Immortality is our subconscious main concern" "To change the system, you have to be inside the system and play by the rules"
The Blonde lady is obviously shocked. She seems lost for a minute, but replies smiling in a gentle tone.
"This certainly isnt an ordinary case. Is it recruitment that you are seeking? It is strange that you did not head to Dresden directly." - She pulls out a small electronic device. - "I am transfering recruitment office frequencies to your neural net now. Your flight skills will be evaluated and membership considered on Vogtland itself. It is Hessians main base, just inside the gas field. We can use pilots of all kind. Whether its the intent to support revolution or just craving for credits, that are so hard to come by."
Greetings. I am known as Gorehaf. This transmission is to the Red Hessians, and it concerns the state of my ship. I am a Lane Hacker, and my ship was damaged beyond repair recently. The DSE technicians added a prototype ion turret to one of the rings that I was attempting to hack. The blast ripped my engines out; thankfully they spun away fast enough to where the explosion of the fuel cells didn't kill me. I'm stuck here, on Mactan, and the techs on-station say that I can get a new ship at best in four weeks. This is too long. I have heard good things about your 'Odin' fighter, and I would like to purchase one from you, at whatever reasonable price you deem fitting.
Please respond at your leisure, there is no real hurry.
As the blonde woman glanced up, she realised that the lady in dark hair was gone. The Hessian guard, who was accompanying mediator, walked over to her and handed a chip.
"We've just received this ma'am" - He nodded and walked away.
The mediator entered the chip into the optronic, that shes used to direct the dark haired woman and a message was played. It was the transmission from the Lane Hacker. She did not hesitate to reply the call. Its not everyday that you're contacted by a Hacker afterall.

Greetings Gorehaf. This is Red Hessians mediator speaking. We are sorry for your loss, I'll see what I can do to help you. I am currently checking ships avibility on Vogtland and Freital.
Right then. It seems that there is currently a shortage of aviability in unpiloted Odin fighters. There are a few in the works, but soon delivery of following ships is impossible. On the other hand Freital docks database informed me that a Sabre, which recently picked clean out of minefields of Omega 5, is being repaired and should be fixed shortly. We could ship the following fighter to America base, in Vespucci system for you to deliver.
If you can provide us more details on why Odin would be a more appropiorate purchase than Sabre, our engineers may look into speeding the production on Vogtland docks up.
To the "is there anything else ?", the dark haired woman replied
"I will lie if I said i understand the motive of your revolution. I had no idea where you main base was located. The bartender, just said that you could be the best contact for a fugitive like me."
"You can use me as pilot whatever your goals are. I have my own fighter and I feel very comfortable with him, as if i grew up inside his cokpit. I can obey orders as long as i stay out of a white cell."
"Next step is to find a jump hole to Dresden... so be it", she thought.
"Thank you for your time. Have a drink on the account of the doctor I killed for his millions Sirius Credits"
"Perfection, honesty, devotion" "Immortality is our subconscious main concern" "To change the system, you have to be inside the system and play by the rules"
I was pleasantly surprised to receive your answer so fast.
Your offer to deliver a Sabre to America base is much appreciated, and that craft will be suitable for me. Thanks to your generosity, I do not have to wait four weeks until I can get a new ship. It's a shame that there is no Odin available for me, but I am grateful that the Red Hessians found a Sabre and were willing to allow me the use of said craft.

The Sabre is being loaded to Pirate Freighters as I am sending this transmission. It will be assembled on America once the parts arrive. Check America's docks in Vespucci system at your next visit and with a bit of luck, the Sabre will be ready and spaceborne for you to pick up.

*sigh* Ok, Junkers you got yourselves a deal. We have a slew of engineers currently sitting on their hands doing nothing, they shouldn't have anything against a simple deal of research.
Just to restate our terms:
We are free to recall them back to Vogtland at any given time, for any reason.
They are getting a full squad of marines assigned to them for protection. Wherever the engineers go, the marines go.
I want full insight to whatever is going on in Puerto Rico, with reports of any new vessels commissioned, along with callsigns.
Accommodation, rations, proper tools and equipment - all that will be provided by you.
Our people are going to need compensation for this.
Before I fully agree to this however there is a point that needs addressing. More specifically the relationship of the Junker Congress with the Liberty renegades (also known as 522nd). This group of foreigners has been flying around Dresden and Omega-15 recently, moving around large fleets next to our positions, tresspassing on our restricted territories and refusing to leave (Omega-54), and even engaging Rheinland personnel. I don't want to see these elements get their hands on our premium equipment, and I want to be assured that this will not happen.
If I learn that a member of the 522nd so much as looks at our ships for a longer period, the deal is off. Same goes for the Harvesters.

Excellent Herr Meisnerr!
All of your concerns are valid and in fact have been addressed in advance. Regarding the 522nd--we have no formal accord with them. If they are foolish enough to fire on the RHA or other Hessians then they will sow the wind and reap the whirlwind I am certain. We will inform them to cease hostilities against Hessian forces in the proximity of Bornholm and believe they will do so--else they will lose any basing privileges we have allowed them. Their presence has been tolerated as they have acted as a buffer zone between us and the even more aggressive DW bounty hunters who were attempting to turn Bornholm into their own private parking lot.
I am certain the Hessians can accept that the 522nd is the lesser of two evils in this case. You might also note they fly no Junker ships or Hessian recovered vessels. They have had no access to military assets at Bornholm other than basic resupply as all neutral vessels are allowed.
As to the Harvesters, we have an established if not also delicate arrangement. In military terms, we are of little consequence to them and not in a position to confront them in a full blown conflict. Economically, we have a satisfactory arrangement for each of our parties and it keeps the peace. As such, we have an accord that neither party can coerce the other to accept its dictates. We allow them access to salvage and they in turn assist Junkers in distress and maintain positive relations with us and those who work with us and are not engaged in hostilities with them.
The Junker Congress struck this bargain to prevent consequences to Junkers throughout Sirius and as a result have not suffered hostilities from the Harvesters.
Their affairs are their own--as are ours--and our working relationship has remained good and acceptable to this date.
The RHA will be given the same privileges and respect and the affairs of any joint projects will be kept in strict confidence between us.
As to disclosure, an encrypted communique will be sent to you shortly with a comprehensive overview of the project. My staff is drafting the dossier for you now.
Feel free to visit us in Puerto Rico at your convenience and as you desire sir as well as to forward any further questions to me.
