I think that the reduction in alertness (especially if you were drunk enough to be almost passed out) would make a person more susceptible to Nomad influence.
For downright infestation, I don't know of any lore examples of people being able to fight off direct internal control of a Nomad incubus.

Well Nomad mind control is done through consent by both parties.
Spazzy is likely talking about intoxicated/high characters inRP being easier to control.
I would say no, it would be harder to control someone not in a proper state of mind. Imagine reading a book where more than half the words are smudged and unreadable.
This is assuming remote control, physical take over is more brute force.
