Well, this is it. The Raiders have been disbanded. But before that, I would like to offer you a
prize of sorts for all your assistance over the years. The Vagrant Raiders where honored to have you as a Ally,
and I hope this can return the favor.
At this moment, the VR-VCS-Metropolis is moving to Cassini. Any Raiders left aboard are to help you scrap the
ship and detail the technology the Hellfire Legion has used for their abomination of a ship. The scanner arrays,
the electronic warfare suite, and even the sword on the tip of the ship are yours. I think it would look great in
one of your bars, with a Rogue Insignia spraypainted on it. As for the Systematic Chaos and the Nightmare, I
have hidden them reactors cold for when the time is right for them to be re-activated. I have encouraged any
Raiders to join the Liberty Rogues, be it part of your upper echelon or as minions. As far as I know some have
already joined up, and I wish you the best on your struggle to beat the annoyance that is the Hellfire Legion.
-Blain Spike, Ex Overlord of the Vagrant Raiders
//For the less informed. This is a InRP happening, the Metropolis ingame is bastille'd and I doubt the admins will/would ever unbastille it, so this is just the way of finishing the metropolis's RP. There was no story about the end of the great ship, so here it is.
Well what a pleasant surprise Mr. Spike. It is good to see that your alive. My
sincerest apologies for the disintegration of The Raiders. I dare say however. You are gifting us a
busted up Arbiter to pick apart? I would not believe the ship is operational but I am sure I can pick it
apart and find some good use. I have always found the Spyglass Scanning technology intriguing. Not
to mention this will give us the advantage in our war with the Hellfire Legion knowing what makes
their capital ships tick, their weaknesses, strengths and all that jazz. Perhaps we can use some of
this technology in the Unnatural Disaster as well. I will notify Lord Moka of your arrival at The
Nonsense Factory so he may make an appearance. Any of your boys who wish to join us may do so
and we will get them suited up and back in space.
It really is good to hear from you again, my friend. We hold our allies closer and closer as this war
presses on. Do feel free to drop by yourself. We could use another steady set of hands in the pilots
seat of one of our ships.
Thank you for reaching us, and for this interesting gift.
