We have not spoken, but I am aware that my predecessors were in contact with you... Allow me to introduce myself.
I am Kuroko Shirai of the Kinkiku Tanritsu, now the leading body of the Sisterhood of the Golden Chrysanthemum. I hope we can come to a pleasant working relationship.
I was recently in contact with one of your transport captains, a Stone-san of the Atlanta, as I met her during a trip to investigate the state of our Battleship Matsuda. Our talk was brief, but she did mention something about relocation of your head offices to Okinawa? It is not my business to pry into the workings of your company, Nakamura-san, but it is my desire to establish a closer relationship between it and the Kinkuku Tanritsu.
The presence of the Matsuda in Okinawa gives us a unique ability to help secure your assets within and around the system. While I am not pledging the support of the Matsuda herself, lest we alert the State Republic to her presence within the system, I can pledge support of our fighter wings stationed on board. Should the Farmers or Hogosha... Or any other pitiful pirate bother your ships or stations, our pilots would be glad to remove their existence permanently.
All I ask in return is your continued support of the Chrysanthemum movement, and for your docking control staff to somehow forget the laws of Kusari when my sisters request to dock in times of need. There was once talk of legitimising the Sisterhood within your home House of Liberty, and that is something the Kinkiku Tanritsu is also interested in pursuing... Your help with that matter would be most appreciated.
I hope I haven't been too presumptuous, Nakamura-san, and I wish you a pleasant day.
It is good to hear from you. There has been quite some time since we last spoke with your sisterhood. Interspace will of course offer your group continued docking on Roppongi Station, as well as Furyoku Station, and it's Otemachi Annexe. Okinawa has been under threat recently by Rorry's Renegades although that threat has subsided recently, we do get occasional Farmers Alliance and Hogosha raids. The outcasts and their warships however rare it may be for them to attack, still pose the greatest threat.
In a deal with a previous Sisterhood splinter group we opened bounties to them on Gallic shipping inside Kusari. If this is something you would like to continue please let me know, as controlling the competition is becoming more and more important, especially in Kusari.

Arigatou for your kind offer, we will ensure use of those docking liberties are few and far between - we would wish to bring Interspace legal issues through our actions.
Outcast warships are an issue, not simply for the safety for your assets and people, but for my pledge of support to you. The Kinkiku Tanritsu and the Sisterhood as a whole share a fairly close relationship with the people of Malta, and so attacking their raiding parties in defence of Interspace would be a diplomatic nightmare for us... The Chrysanthemum cannot survive without Maltese support, as much as it pains me to say.
I am however, in contact with one Cristina Mancini-san, who has a high place in the Maltese government. I may be able to broker some sort of deal with her to cease the attacks on Interspace... But it will not come easy. As much as it pains me to say it, i'm not sure it is entirely beneficial to the Sisterhood to make such demands to our allies, unless of course Interspace could somehow support us in other ways.
I'll leave you with that, Nakamura-san.
May the light of Amaterasu shine on you,
Kuroko Shirai
PS: The Kinkiku Tanritsu are always happy to spill Gallic blood.
If the Kinkiku Tanritsu can broker a truce between Interspace and the Outcasts we would ensure that it was well worth your time. We will be moving our headquarters to Okinawa soon, where your people may work with ours freely and openly under the protection of the GMG. In the mean time I suggest you alert your sisters to the Interspace bounty listings, there's a section just for you.
