Admin Notice: Lost Characters or Accounts?

Hello i got a virus on the pc and i reseted the accounts of the System itself,i didnt backuped the discovery freelancer cause i thought that it wasnt going to be erased,and saddly i lost all i had,apparently i found the second account i used in past (wich dont have anything except 1 base character),and i wanted to see if i can get my old account back

My old account name was Crow Darkwing,and my most notorious ships are this

-Crow_solarwing (maybe fenixwing)- is a prosecutor with 2 emp blasteras and 4 Phoenix codes,should be ported at newcastle or on bretonia at least.
-Crow_Darkwing (should be this as was my main char) - A Sichelle with 6 Schythe weapons and should be ported on A oucast dreadnought on baffin or where the freelancers start (big ice base with multiple docks)
-Also a Train that i used to sell some stuff like ores from kansas to honshu (Should be called Crow_Ironwing but not shure been playing no too lately)

Hello! I recently discovered that my character Hector.Klam is stuck in the Cologne system, and if I try to log in my game crashes. Is it possible to move the character over to a nearby planet?

Edit: I logged in and it loaded. No need for any intervention!
