Name: Siren Birth Date: Roughly between March and August of 796 A.S. Gender: Female Age: 25 Nationality: Liberty Citizenship:None Biography: As follows…
In 816 A.S. The Liberty Security Forces R&D branch sought to create the perfect spy, an agent capable of infiltrating even the most fortified and guarded of facilities and lay waste to the infrastructure of Liberties enemies. Their first thoughts were for the creation of a human like Artificially Intelligent living weapon, one that could move about un noticed and deal more damage than any normal human could ever hope to achieve. This idea was almost immediately thrown to the side as the technology for such an entity was still far from the clutches of modern means yet the Idea still remained. Their second thought was to revisit an old standby from an era long forgotten using the simplest of materials and available technologies. The team soon began their research into the mysteries of the human mind, brainwashing, and how to implement them in a way best suited for conditioning a normal everyday human into a lethal killing machine.
During the first run of tests and studies, the R&D team soon found that women between the age of 20 and 30 as well as men between the age of 25 and 40 are the most susceptible to brainwashing though certain factors could make or break the process all together. After another 2 years study and testing on animals, the team was ready for the first Human trial. The officer in charge of the project had already gone through numerous candidate files, only to find the perfect person for the project at the last second. A young woman, fresh from LSF Basic training named Rebecca Larson, with no family, raised in a foster home and enlisted in the Liberty Navy once she turned 18 would be approached, informed of the program, and subsequently accepted into the grasp of the program. After hearing what the project was about, the ideals behind its work, and what such assets could do for Liberty, the 21 year old Rebecca, whole heartedly accepted the proposition knowing full well that she would either become a brainless vegetable, or someone completely different than herself, never to know, see, or feel what she had her entire life again.
After months of tests, conditioning, instruction and training, Rebecca took her final walk down corridor C-9 leading to the medical chamber that would end her current life, and create a new one. though she had been trained to keep her mind free of thoughts, calm and serene; a simple, distant thought drifted into her mind as she lay down upon the operating table. This thought was one she'd tried so hard to forget, a thought she knew she would never think again, and for just a few brief moment as the techs began injecting her body with the copious amounts of drugs that would lead to her falling into a deep, coma, her mind fell back on a happy day of which she sat at a small diner outside Manhattans capital city, eating with a man that for whatever reason, she felt love for, even if his face was slowly fading from existence, a man whom she could not remember and would never remember again...
Many weeks later, a woman seeming devoid of emotion sat on an operating table inside a top secret facility deep within Virginia her very skin seeming to crawl as various tubes ran in and out of her body. every few moments, she would shiver with pain though make no obvious show to its severity as the techs moved about her, seeming to pay no mind to the stark naked woman. There was a tech working on a small mechanical port just beneath the back of her neck humming an old Bretonian drinking song to himself. His stout stature and slightly rounded features gave him a truly amusing yet overly scientific look when compared to the chiseled, muscle bound lab techs that served under him. This man's name was Jaden Cross, he was considered a true genius, his expertise in nearly every scientific field made him a highly sought after man even by some of the more dubious corners of the Sirus population. The woman and Jaden had a somewhat friendly, if not close relationship, as if he were a father figure to the woman, to the android sitting before him.
One of the most deep seated Ideals behind the project was that the asset should never fear death, never fear pain, and should be able to bear facing both in the most extreme of conditions and still do what is needed. To accomplish this goal, the brainwashing procedure ingrained one simple thought into the woman's mind...
"You are an android, a living machine, nothing more, nothing, less. A tool to be used by the LSF and by Liberty itself. You will do what is ordered of you. You will never disobey. Deviation from what is planned will mean your immediate disposal. You are expendable, like a rusted bolt on military transport, you can be replaced, and will be replaced should the situation arise."
The woman soon to be code named “Siren” was outfitted and re-outfitted until the techs were satisfied that she could do what was needed of her. On the first day of what would be considered "normal life testing", Siren was released to walk the halls of the facility freely, the nanites running through her body for healing, the hidden assassin blades in her wrists active and armed. She was to simply act as any normal human would and go on about her life for the next week as if she were simply a guest aboard the station. This is where things went wrong. Siren was still relatively new to life, in a sense, she was still only a few months old at this point. Even though the memories, personality, and life she'd never led ran through her entire being, she didn't truly know how to behave around others that weren't doing tests on her and ordering her around like an Inanimate object. She would find herself in awkward situation after awkward situation until finally, one of the off duty officers made a comment about something like her needing to be disposed of so that a real person can do the job right. This statement didn't help her still developing emotional state, she grew distant, scared, and began worrying about what would happen to her should she fail the tests.
another month passed by as test after test were failed over and over again. Siren began hearing whispers of the impending decommissioning of the Android which would end her short life in the vast universe she'd yet to know. She grew stubborn, she began refusing tests and orders, and finally, the last straw, she pushed a high ranking official into a wall when he called her a waste of valuable credits. Her fate was sealed on that day. She was locked up in a medical room for days on end, the man bringing the "Android" it's meals the only human contact she would have. She was lonely and afraid, and finally, on the day of the incident, she would cross the line of no return.
In the hallway just outside the medical room, when the same man would bring her the same tasteless rations, she heard two men talking about the "Operation" they could barely be heard, but it was clear that within the next 4 hours, Siren would be disposed of. it was at these words that she made her first truly life changing decision. She would break free of this prison and see the universe. She no longer wished to be a lab rat science project, to be prodded, gazed at, gawked over and discussed.
As the man turned to leave the room, siren made her move. She leapt from the bed, took the man by the neck, spun him around, and slit his throat with one swift movement of her wrists. the blade slid in and out of her wrist as it had in all the tests, it was painful, and made her want to cry out, though she made no movement, or sound, she truly hated feeling the pain. Siren made her way out into the hall, and down the corridor, she dispatched a hand full of guards as she made her way deeper into the station, hoping that she would be able to find her way to the Docking bay where she could steal any number of craft of which she knew perfectly well how to fly. as she neared the docks, she finally realized that it had been too easy, there had been no alarms, and no indication that she'd been discovered, that is until, she set foot out onto the catwalk of docking bay 7. All around her were swarms of LSF guards, soldiers and even short range Lev crafts being operated inside the station simply to take down one single woman. as the LSF opened fire with no warning on the unfortunate woman, Siren instantly did what she was built to do and with the aid of the twin assassin blades in her wrists and a fully loaded rifle shed liberated from the cold clutch of one of her previous victims, She slowly managed to dispatch the numerous men and women and made her way to an Avenger Liberty VHF. as she managed to blast open a hole just big enough to fit through, Siren flew full cruise to the nearest jump gate on the navmap. 6 days later, the now beaten and badly damaged VHF sat floating in the Pittsburgh debris field, the life support barely operational and stored rations all but diminished, Siren knew this would be her end. she began passing out on a constant basis, figuring damage to her unit was the cause. The life support would barely hold for an unknown amount of time before Siren had finally given up hope.
She floated there in space for another 5 days before a Junker transport happened across her battered ship and tractored what was left aboard. Due to her complete exhaustion and weakness due to her having eaten nothing for 5 days, she was easily captured and thus turned into the crews play thing for 3 straight months. At the end of these 3 months, she managed to find a way to remove the bomb equipped collar that was forced on her and kill every member of the ship before escaping on a small Junker light fighter. She hopped from station to station for 2 months before making it to The Liberty Rogues hidden base in California, Alcatraz, and found that the stations bar was looking to hire a bartender. She instantly took the job and quickly proved herself a confident and experienced bartender and soon became one of the Rogues that would so often visited the bar.
2 years later, Siren found herself in love with a scoundrel of a man named Nathan Zachery, who, to her, was a true gentle man amongst the stars. Buster Commodore, the man that owned the Bar soon decided to part ways with it and soon Siren found herself in possession of the bars deed. She has made many a friend on Alcatraz and hopes that her past never catches up with her, for if it did, she would surely be thrown into the stations incinerator for being a possible LSF.

Favorite Past Time: Tending her bar. Likes: Old earth rock music, a day when no one gets shot in her bar, making her friends and customers happy, talking with her customers, wearing her short leather jacket over normally nothing and a pair of black leather or denim pants, when her boyfriend surprises her in the bar. Dislikes: A day when someone gets shot in her bar, cleaning blood from her floors, walls and tables after a bloody bar fight, drunken jerks that don’t know when to stop, having to take a full 12 hour charge cycle (more often than not, goes as long as possible without it before it become so bad that she has to sit for 24 hours) finding bottles of her bar stock missing without payment left. Favorite saying: Tips or get shot.
Ever since Siren obtained The Skanky Beaver Bar Deed, she has manged to fix up the different things that were wrong with it that Buster, her previous boss and owner of the Bar, refused to. She has made a good number of friends on the station such as Thing, the slightly mysterious yet caring woman who now lives in relative peace and freedom with Buster on one of Sirius's Free ports. Jason, a strong, smart, albeit frightening individual with a talent, and some would say love, for brutally torturing people has become one of the people she trusts most, given the few times he has helped her with her spells of low power that she brushes off as medical issues. Jackson, one of the LR Underbosses is one of her regulars that she considers a passing acquaintance albeit a slightly permanent figure in her bar, his stoic mentality coupled with his rugged looks makes Siren wonder about his past at times. Tori, a more recent bar patron has become a friend that she trusts given that she has helped with Sirens "Medical Issues" before with Jason. Jo, an LR she'd crossed paths with before, has recently started frequenting her establishment. Though Jo is a cold hearted woman, her slave, Natalie, frequents the bar along with her normally, seems to have a bit more freedom than you'r usual indentured human would. A man named Marcus that seems to be part of Jo's crew, has been in the bar with Natalie as well on what appears to be a date before thus adding to Sirens bewilderment over Natalie's true situation. Amy and Harley, two female pilots that occasionally visit the seem to be inseparable, as well as enjoy each others company given their constant intimate conversations and displays of affection. Rachel, a member of the Slavers Union has been in the bar a few times with Felli, her "Personal Body Guard" that seems to be more of a protective lover than anything else, visits from time to time between their long slaving runs.
There have been other friends and encounters though none of them seemed to last long. There is however Nathan Zachary who'm she spends most of her free time with, a man she has fallen head over heals in love with that treats her like a queen and never seems to question her oddities and faults. She knows that their relationship will only last as long as she manages to keep her past hidden, though given the recent events that have unfolded unbeknownst to her might just lead to her entire life unraveling.
Jason and Tori, the two people she trusts the most other than Nathan have begun suspecting her as being a Liberty Navy spy. In her settling into a relatively comfortable lifestyle, she has become lax in her awareness of the things that happen around her, thus leading to Jason and Toris investigating her and forming plans to capture her. They plan to bring her before Moka, the now supposedly exiled LR warlord, and discover her true secrets through any means necessary. Siren has no idea that these plans exist and will most likely be in the dark right up until their initialization.
As for Sirens most current thoughts and ideas, she plans to move from California to Galileo, she recently caught wind of the fact that the LR base, Padua, has been without a proper bar for years and plans to set up shop, the Bar designed how she wishes.
Siren decided to finally leave Alcatraz for Padua, the invitation to join the PLR to much of a good thing for her to pass up. She joined Jackson, one of the old Rogue Underbosses, as well as Jason on Jackson’s flagship. While in route to Padua, Jason decided to finally make his move and brought the whole of the ship’s crew down on Siren, they hunted her all through the ship until finally, through her own fault and hesitation was captured and locked in the ships brig. In doing so Jason discovered Sirens healing ability, or what seemed like one that was actually the billions of nanites that ran through her body reforming her skin around the knife he’d stuck in her shoulder.
Soon after, it was discovered that a sadistic Bounty hunter had captured Sirens friend and Jason’s lover, Tori, and was holding her for ransom. Jason left on a rescue mission to save her leaving siren at the mercy of Jackson’s crew. Luckily for Siren, Jackson was the only one to come down and visit her while Jason was gone. They spoke for only moments about what she was feeling and it was Jackson that told her that she would need to figure her own life out and that it was up to her for what happens next.
Jason returned with the extremely injured Tori as well as the bounty hunter and siren begged him to allow her to help Tori. With hesitation, Siren was allowed to help Tori and through the use of the same nanites, she miraculously healed Tori’s wounds over the course of 12 hours. Though the nanites were designed as a way for Siren to repair herself, their side function was to invade a targets body and set themselves so as to literally hold the person hostage from the inside out, with immediate death as the means of binding a person to what Siren instructed of them. A design by some of the more sinister techs that built her, Siren found out relatively early in her early freedom that they could be used for the opposite effect and used for healing.
After Siren healed Tori, the energy drain caused by the nanites recharging inside her body caused Siren to become almost completely powerless. Jason decided to take full advantage of her physical state and use her own charger against her by setting it to barely charge her enough to keep her alive. Using his expert skill, he brutally interrogated Siren to discover just what she was and what she was there for. To his surprise however, she was very cooperative and freely gave him the information he sought with no regard for her own future. She was discovered and there was no changing it.
After a lengthy 3 days, Siren was released by Jason on a temporary basis with his watching over her for any hints at her lying about not being a Navy spy. It was only 2 more days later that Siren decided to approach Moka, the exiled Rogue Warlord to discuss her purchasing the Padua bar, though in her nervousness, Jason assumed she was going to kill Moka and attacked her once again, this time in the middle of the Padua bar, where everyone was watching. Siren didn’t resist and openly told what she was, Moka gave an immediate order for her to be locked in the station brig under heavy guard and it was only after a lengthy and highly secret discussion that she was released and allowed back into the fold.
Siren now deals with looks and slurs on a daily basis from the normal PLR pilots and crew, though she has slowly gotten used to it. Nathan, the love of her life has found no fault in her past or with what she is and loves her all the same where as her friends are slowly if not completely forgiving her for the lies.
She now tends the bar as the temporary manager until such time as the ownership is switched to her name.
