As commerce and some economic freedoms began to flood the Border Worlds, so did greater access to technology and the need for change. The Sabre is the fruit of the Border Worlds' ingenuity and pure capitalism coalesced into one lethal embodiment. This ship boasts enormous power capacity as well as extreme defensive capability.
Handling
Light fighter mass makes this fighter extremely responsive to all strafing manuevers, while it's grand total of seven forward firing guns enables it to deliver more firepower than most VHFs would be capable of. The Sabre is however extremely vulnerable to mines and other kinds of explosives, and will be quickly destroyed if the pilot allows himself to be hit by such projectiles.
Weapon hardpoints
- 1 Class 5 Turret (forward-firing capable)
