{{Review|[[User:Total.Absolution|Total Absolution]]|Following the lines of the AP Bounty Hunter ship line, the Mako Battleship is on the lighter end of its class, and is very small from above, below, in front, or in the back. The sides are very wide, however. From a all around standpoint, this ship seems a bit weak compared to its main opponents, the Osiris and the Marduk. The Mako is sort of a hybrid between the two, but it combines low extremes with average/low. It has the less bots and bats then the Osiris, less hull, and the same amount of power stats. However this cannot do the fabled 50 m/s backwards like the Osiris. In general size, it isn't that small either. Being longer and taller then the Osiris, and maybe even wider. The only bonus out of all of it is the fact that the Mako gets 14 turrets. Against the Osiris, the Mako doesn't stand much of a chance unless it rushes in with a large amount of Basic Battleship Turrets and hope it can't dodge. Against the Marduk, its safest to stay at a far range and pound it with primary turrets, pulses and mortars. Bombers will eat this alive if it isn't outfitted with at least 3 solaris turrets. Even then, its recommended to install 6 Solaris, 6 BHG BS Primary Turrets ( or basic prims ), a mortar and a Missile  }}

DSCore: Mako

The construction of the first Core Battleship became a symbol of the faction's rising influence. Originally just a loose association of Bounty Hunter bold enough to tackle contracts in the Omicrons, The Core grew into a rich and powerful private military faction. The new Core Battleships are intended to operate in remote Edge Worlds systems, defending station construction sites and spearheading assaults into uncharted deep space.

Handling

  • This ship is too large to use docking bays, it must use mooring points.
