Operated by Solar Engineering, Abbeville Production Facility is a relatively modern production center built around the core of the Abbeville Mining Station. Solar purchased the station from Nery Space Construction during a time where Picardy was faced with an economical crisis. The prospect of cheap labor motivated Solar's decision to establish a labor intensive industry near Amiens.
Worker conditions on the station are reported to be poor. Those who speak out against their conditions however, quickly find themselves on a shuttle back to Amiens, where dozens of others would eagerly take their place.
