DSCore: Fafnir

The blow struck against Rheinland following the events of the war of 800 A.S. placed a heavy burden on Rheinlands already struggling economy and military might. With her dearly bought fleets reduced to the broken testament to a curious period in humanity's history it seemed as though little could be gained save a lesson.

One which Rheinland took to heart.

The Fafnir Bomber, brought into the field on the immediate brink of a long forseen war is the result of nearly twenty years of studious labor on how to best break the back of a foe's Capital fleet... and restore Rheinlands Military glory on the field of battle.

Handling

Review (4.88)

Fafnir was always in the shadow of Bergelmir, and after changes to both nothing has really changed. Even though it has a massive powercore of over 50.000, it's still good only for an all-out-attack, since the ship is so big and slow that it falls down very fast. The Armor is big, long enough to dish out a lot of damage before going down, guns placements are good, while Snac ones are almost perfect, right in the middle. Recommending if you feel like you need more damage instead of survivability which Bergelmir offers.

Pros: Massive powercore, Armor, Guns placement Cons: Agility, Size

Rating: 7/10
