Freeport 11 is the new outpost built by Zoners in Omicron Delta. Strategically placed between Nomad systems and Corsair territory, Delta is an attractive system for criminals, explorers, Bounty Hunters and Order pilots. Although building biodomes in this far-away and dangerous place was very expensive, it has allowed the Zoners of Freeport 11 to be selfsufficient, and also trade Food and Oxygen to other stations that can't produce it themselves.
