Lodeve was a small installation of the Gallic Junkers in the Languedoc system. Seemingly insignificant, it played an important role in the espionage activities of the Junkers in Sirius prior to the Gallic emergence. With the Gallic Junkers falling out of favor first with the Royal House and subsequently the Council's allies, the crew of Lodeve is believed to have emigrated into the Taus and possibly even House Junker populations, leaving the installation behind before the vengeful Maquis could find it.
Lodeve remained abandoned for several months before being rediscovered by the Crown. Plans were made to decommission the Space Port, but the Gallic Metal Service expressed interest in purchasing the base. Having been restored, it currently acts as a small refinery for cleaning up scrap and wrecks left behind from the initial battles of the Second Gallic War in Languedoc.
