Narbonne is an asteroid base located in the center of the Lozere Field. Established more than two hundred years ago and providing shelter for pirate raiders from nearby Dauphine and even from Burgundy, the Narbonne Base started operating long before the system of Gallic Trade Lanes and Jump Gates reached Languedoc. During the Second Gallic War, the base had served as an important transition point for the Council and Maquis fighters heading to attack Gallic Royal Navy forces near Nimes and Remoulins.
