What is RDA?
The RDA is a company which mines, transports, sells and buys, and the RDA also has a Para Militaray Wing, consisting of IMG made Hydra's, Arguses and Zephyrs, aswell as a variety of snubnose craft. Beeing sympathetic towards the hessians, although this is not widely known, they are often seen transporting H-Fuel and other commodities to Hessian bases, while taking Blood diamonds in return.
Although its employees are previous IMG employees the RDA is based off a highly corporate structure, with a CEO as "top command" and Department heads underneath.
The entire RDA is based off the carrier RDA-Vengeance and another carrier which is until now still undergoing construction. These carriers are the homes of many of the employees although most of the RDA's miners, transports or defence force pilots actually live in their own ships.
Beeing based off their ships gives the RDA a much higher mobility and it may relocate alot of its resources and manpower to another system quite quickly, which gives the RDA a larger zone of influence. These carriers are ofcourse guarded 24/7 by a Fighter, Bomber, and gunboat screen.
Although it may not seem like it, RDA is based on capitalistic views and as it says earlier, a company like structure, instead of a guild.
How it all began
It all began in a hangar in the early days of 808 A.S. when Roger Young, which was just 34 at the time, bought the mining ship Roger.Young. He had been working for IMG until now, but decided the working standards were to low, so he decided to start he's own company.
After much deliberation and discussion with his friends, he started the company RDA, or the Resource Development and distribution Administration, to add a more proffesional edge to the then disorganized mining community.
After getting together some of his friends, Namely Dylan Hunt and a couple other aquiantances, they decided to start up their operations in Tau-23 mining Niobium. It went slow in the start only getting a new employee every week or so, but after a while it grew larger, it is however still not large enough to rival any of the bigger mining companies like BMM and IMG.
Beeing killed by pirates in Tau-23, after repeated attempts to get him to give them millions of credits, Roger Young passed the company to his son, Jim Young.
In 816 A.S. the construction of the RDA-Vengeance was complete, and it has become the RDA's base of operations until now. The construction of a second carrier has begun but it will not likely be complete until atleast a few years.

Ships
The RDA has many ships at their disposal but only a few are used, each ship is specialized, modified and optimized to run at prime efficiency, to maximize the Income to Cost ratio.
Defense Division
These crafts are the defenders of all the RDA's Operations, aswell as its allies. When something red is spotted on the scanners, these craft are at the frontlines. Some of the most commonly used are:

Transport Division
These are the movers of the RDA. If something needs delivering or pickup, these ships are the ones doing it. Here are some of the most common ones:

These ships are the homes of the RDA command, all orders get sent and relayed off these ships. Usually drifting around in TAU-23 and its surroundings, these ships are called if the normal defence forces cant deal with it.
