Saar is a remote system connecting Stuttgart, Koeln and Omega-54. This system has been choosen for a Rheinland colonisation-project. The problem is that there are a lot LWB and Hessians in the system. The LWB had taken this system as their stronghold. Their new ships, the Sense and the Sichel are built here. The LWB has got this system also for food making, so that the LWB and the Hessians do not want to give it to the Rheinland government.
