This item was placed into your inventory by a server administrator to notify that you were sanctioned for violating the server's roleplaying guidelines. Your faction/ship/Tag/weapons combination is not allowed, or you docked on a base that you are not permitted to dock on. Remember that second offence will cause more serious consequences, for example, ban. If you are not sure why you were sanctioned, read the server forums and search for your character's name in the Sanction Forum, or contact server administrators.
