Tharog Frosthearth is a Libertonian, born in 788AS. He was Assistant Director of the LCBO, and was it's third most powerful member. He is known to more than make up for his slightly under-average fighting skills with his commanding and diplomatic capabilities. He was officially declared rogue on the 11th of October, 818 A.S.
Biography
Planet Houston, Texas, Liberty. It's there that in 788 A.S. Tharog is born. His father was a Policeman who worked on the planet his mother was a former employee of Orbital Spa & Cruise who had worked on board a Luxury Liner. She retired from that job after she met her husband. Since not only his father, but his grandfather as well are police officers, he was destined to become one too. When he was 8 years old, they moved to Los Angeles. When he was 12 the Nomad Wars began. The news about it was scarce of course, but he wondered what was going on thus the more. After the Nomad War life returned to normal again, and when he was 18 he took a job. He surprisingly didn't join the LPI, but instead became a pilot for the Secondary Fleet. His life passed slowly, and then the war with Rheinland began, during the war he got in possession of the gunboat LNS Kiss Of Liberty, with which he then continued to fight the Rheinland threat. It was not long after he got the Kiss, when he met Mark Brown, at that time Chief Inspector of the Liberty Customs and Border Police Force. Mark said that they needed a commander at the LCBO and so Tharog became a Captain of the LCBO, his ship was renamed the Frozen Star. There in a short time he made it to the rank of superintendent making him one of the top guys especially for one of his still quite young age. When the LCBO changed from Police Force to Security Force he became Assistant Director.
His good fortune has ended however, he is now hunted by his former colleagues, friends and employers. He fell in love with a Liberty Rogue called Alexis Glover and is even going to marry her. He's charged with among others: 'cooperation with a Rogue' and 'indirectly causing the destruction of an =LSF= vessel. He fled together with Veera Allen to Planet Gran Canaria. Shortly after he returned however, as a member of the Hellfire Legion. He is loyal to his cause and does no longer hesitate to use force if the situation asks for it, nor does he when his superiors ask for it. His preferred method still is diplomacy, but guns are a close second.

Veera 'V' Allen
A young girl, who befriended Tharog and when her boyfriend died, got a great deal of support from Tharog. He let her live in his house on Planet Los Angeles and from that moment on they became brother and sister. When Tharog had to flee Liberty, she went with him and showed him Planet Gran Canaria. Tharog always calls her 'V'.
Alexis Glover
A Liberty Rogue and Tharog's future-wife. When he first met her he was supposed to just carry out his duty as an LCBO agent, however when she did not show hostilities towards him like pirates normally do, he became interested in her. Eventually they fell in love and they are now engaged.
Alice
Alice is a super intelligent, human-like, AI girl who became a friend of Tharog, however he only discovered her true powers shortly before he went rogue. She controls entire fleets, and can produce new vessels in a matter of hours. She helped him get a Ahoudori when he fled Liberty and he now supports her, and her cause.
Aigis
While at first this seems an AI girl as well, this actually seems to be more like a ghost. Her relationship with Tharog has become closer recently.
