The [[Liberty Insurgency]] formed from an attempted coup within the [[Liberty Navy|Navy]] and one of their Battlegroups, backed by the [[LSF]]. After this coup failed, the remaining forces retreated into [[Liberty|Liberty's]] border systems. Their main force is the [[Battlegroup Harmony]] but other remaining Navy and LSF elements work together with them. The Liberty Insurgency formed from an attempted coup within the Navy and one of their Battlegroups, backed by the LSF. After this coup failed, the remaining forces retreated into Liberty's border systems. Their main force is the Battlegroup Harmony but other remaining Navy and LSF elements work together with them. They receive support from the Lane Hackers, the Unioners and other sources from outside of Liberty.
