*It was originally indeed for the Discovery dev team, but is no longer relevant - it is over two years old and was used during the development of 4.85, as far as I can see. They switched to using their own Trac wiki long ago. I've replaced the Version template with the Historical Page template, and moved the page to "New Systems in 4.85" as a (possibly) temporary measure. - [[User:Space|Space]] <sup>[[User talk:Space|(talk)]]</sup> 22:42, 4 April 2013 (UTC)

This article ought to show what it's for at the top of the page. At the moment, it looks like it's actually used for developing work, but I can't tell. It almost seems like it's designed for players to keep track of new systems being added, albeit in an odd format.
