Pilot carrying this ID is a member of the Hellfire Legion, who :
- - Can engage and destroy any Liberty Navy, Police or Security Force player at will.
- - Can engage pirates and terrorists within Liberty and the independent systems bordering Liberty, or ships belonging to factions whom the Legion are diplomatically hostile to, or in defense of Liberty traders and lawful unaligned traders.
- - Cannot ally with any lawful pilots, factions or organizations,
- - Can demand Artifacts, Slaves, Cardamine, Liquid Cardamine, Nox, Hypnotainment bands, Nomad organics and destroy vessels if they refuse to comply, sealing their phate.
- - Cruisers and battleships cannot leave Liberty space and the bordering Independent Worlds,
- - Cannot use any Transport that has more than 4,300 cargo.
- - Diplomatic hostility is not a license to engage transports as though they are combat targets. A demand must be issued.
