Civilian

Civilian means a person having a Civilian ID or class of ships and equipment that is available and sold to all unlike factionalised ships and equipment.

As all people who start playing Discovery are handed a Civilian ID the concept of civilian is important one, so understanding it is vital. Please familiarise yourself with the server rules and the Civilian ID.
