- Can escort traders
- Can only demand allied pilots and destroy ships if they refuse to hand them over
- Can attack Kruger, Rheinland Military and Rheinland Police within the Sigmas only
- Can hunt pirates and terrorists within their Zone of Influence (except the Blood Dragons)
- Cannot participate in any unlawful actions
- Cannot fulfill bounty contracts
- Cannot ally with any unlawfuls except the Blood Dragons
Allowed ships: Fighters, Bombers, Gunboats
Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime.
