Donny Ren is a Liberty Born Trader who has built himself up as a successful lone operator with a Sirius-wide shipping enterprise that saw him earn his first million credits at the young age of 19 and who is now a multi millionaire with investments that span all Four major Sirius houses. This has casued him of course to have several legal headaches however through successful negotations and skilled employ of gifted legal representation Donny maintains a clean slate, most issues being settle "out of court".
With a "hands on" approach to trading Donny is known to be a business first trader who has built a solid reputation on his ability to "get the job done". He continues to ply his trade Sirius wide although his recent aquisition of a rather dubious choice of trading ship could render his continued expansion somewhat problematic.

Donny Ren is what is more commonly known as a smuggler. Despite his father's best efforts to keep him on the straight and narrow Donny has found the lure of big and illegal profits way too attractive to refuse. He was sent to Planet Crete by his Mother to spend time with his uncle Corsair Elder Ben Laowai in order to learn survival skills and familiarise himself with his heritage. Nevertheless, this plan backfired slightly with his uncle instantly recognising the young man's talents and drafting him into running Corsair smuggling routes with the promise of extremely large profits, an offer the young Donny could'nt refuse. He regularly runs cargo on behalf of his Corsair uncle and is often found in the more isolated areas of Sirius plying the less than honest trade.
