• Can trade and escort traders
• Can hunt Nomads, Keepers, Wild and Bounty Hunters across Sirius,
• Can demand contraband from, and fine, any ship within Alaska, Omicron 100, Omicron Minor carrying human organs, artifacts, cardamine.
• Can hunt pirates and terrorists within Alaska, Omicron 100, Omicron Minor
• Can demand the release of and either fine or destroy any vessel carrying or using allied pilots, nomad brains or nomad technology
• Cannot ally with any lawfuls except Zoners or when fighting against Nomads and Wild
• Cannot fulfill bounty contracts
• Cannot participate in any unlawful actions
• Cannot use any transports with more than 4,300 cargo

Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports, Prison Liner, Gunboats

Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, will get you sanctioned.

• ...may engage pirates, terrorists, and lawfuls within their Zone of Influence
• ...may use Cruisers and Battleships
