History
In 810 AS, John Carter was assigned the commander of the OCV-Trident, a newly constructed Osiris battleship. Armed to the teeth with high performance weapon systems and 4x strength armor hull, along with one of the best scanner systems available in Sirius.
Not a well known branch of the order, the 63rd was often used as a reconnaissance and first response attack force, using hit and run tactics to disrupt and terminate hostiles. In 818 AS, Daniel Marshal was appointed as the captain of the newly constructed Osiris, the 63rd|CV-Trident, and thus becoming the commander officer of the OEF. Once in command, Marshal restructured the force, and began choosing the best and brightest from the Order secondary fleet for transfer to the 63rd.
