My first pick as a ship since my first days on Discovery, the Raven's Talon's a superb ship if you want a balanced mixture of firepower and speed - along with the ability to improvise for payloads suited to your style of fighting. While this ship is by no means the 'best' very heavy fighter, it offers a chance for players to feel out their style of combat and weapons. It's response time for turning is a little sluggish at times, something I noticed in sparring bouts with a Bastet very heavy fighter, but it is a ship open to most civilians and most factions, making it a good pick for those not affiliated with military or pirates.|4.85}}
